theres a few bits and pieces you can take to help with iron.
drink plenty of oj and eat sweet potatoes. The vitamin c in them helps your body absorb iron xx

Im glad you're being looked after though xx

Smartie big Hugs chick sounds like your having a really rough time of it. Try to stay positive if you can ( I know its bloodyhard). Fingers crossed your scan and consultant appointment goes well :-) xx

SW have you thought about maybe spreading your holidays out so your only doing part weeks instead of full weeks you may find it easier going?

KitKat- If my little fatty grows quickly, happy to send you my unisex newborn stuff. We didnt buy a lot of it, solely because I dont reckon he's gonna be in it long....and this is our only baby, so would rather it went to good causes/people. Some of it is new, some of it is second hand already.... up to you xx

Whats everyone else got planned for today?

Aww thanks for that CAFC, thats very sweet of you! I would be very grateful! :D
Being 5"2 is a pain, I always find lovely pairs of trousers and then cant buy them as they are so long, I know they can be taken up but sometimes it ruins the look of them, like if they are slightly flared, I end up taking the flare up so they become strait cut!!!

Smartie; hope ur feeling better soon, I would defo recommend some retail therapy especially if its using ur DH's card!!

I've been doing very good with eating iron rich food and vit c. I've got to lick some kiddies iron mixture off a spoon and see how that effects me!!:rotfl:Then up the dosage if it's ok.

I normally have to have blood transfusions or weekly vistis to hospital for iron pumped straight into my blood in my wrist when my iron is low.

Well I've bought something for bean from Amazon... Freddie the firefly:D

Going to find myself some joggy bottoms type things from somewhere now. All I've got is jeans and would like something a bit more comfortable to chill in;)

Should you find out you're having a boy, I can send you those bits as well, but for the time being we'll go with the unisex :rotfl:

I only ever do it with trousers that are wide leg. And I can only use wunder web LOL.....otherwise I have to ask my lovely mum to do it for me.
Got some black trs from next which are under the bump, they only really need hemming over. And then got a pair of denim coloured linen trs with the side panels which I love with a pair of flip flops, but they need about 3 inches off the bottom....but it looks like those will be the trousers that last till the very end of my pregnancy.....
One thing I've not really seen is any plain-ish dresses or skirts.... Im not sure I would wear them, but it would save the irritation of hemming things...

I get to the stage where I have no iron left... and a blood transfusion is amazing!! I feel like another woman... probably cos I've got her blood!:rotfl:

I'm very much like you and don't involve the docs etc unless I really really have to. It's very naughty though:p If it's urgent you'll have docs banging at the door... like I did once:o:rotfl:

    Hi ladies

    Quick question
Are cashews ok to eat in pregnancy-I'm desperately craving them and looking at a huge packet right now.
