For breakfast this morning ive had some weetabix with my bowl of sugar a grapefruit and a banana and im just cooking me some sausage. I'm hopeing i can stave off some of the sugar craving by eating lots of fruit so went to the market on the way home from the school run and stocked up on all sorts :-)
I have had the same problem for the last 10/12 weeks. I keep stocking up on fruit but it ends up rotting and getting thrown away while I binge away on chocolate and cakes!
Suzy - do fruit pastels really count as part of your 5 a day???? *off to stock up now!*
Re risk assessments - mine had to be done every 8 weeks and stopped me doing major parts of my job, ie no ladders, no heavy lifting (difficult when you work in a clothes shop and need to move the stock around), no moving stands (again torture coz I liked to move my shop around regularly), no squeezing into/working in confined spaces (impossible when we received a delivery and you had to climb over boxes and push past rails to even get to the tearoom!) I'm one of the youngest and probably the strongest in the shop so was awful having to ask my staff in their 60s to move stands for me or go up ladders! I used to do sneaky little bits when nooone was looking tho, esp near the end when I was less worried about hurting bubs. It was incredibly frustrating not be able to do it all myself.
Woke up in the night with really bad refluxThat;s what I get for being a greedy b*tch and having 2 cheese scones before bed lol. I had to run to the bathroom coz I thought I was going to be sick then I felt really hot and shaky. Fell over my phone charger wire on the way back to bed and landed on the bed with a huge bump, knocking all the breath out of myself and waking DH up! oops....hoped it might start something off but no such luck

Xmas - Thats gr8. Wish it would have worked out for me like that. Ive got 6 weeks leave to take so im either back for 14 weeks or 7 ish depending, hopefully HR will tell me today!! Its really too much for me
Gill - Sorry I shouldnt have but you made me laugh then. The question is were the cheese scones worth it. With DS2 I often got up in the night just to eat a packet of for almond cakes - oh the guilty pleasure . I too was a greedy batch.
...oh yes and Yes fruit pastils do count as 1 of your 5 a day as do fruit gums, apple crumble, and Haribo - cos there fruity coloured! Mmm Haribo.
Warning : Kids shouldnt eat them though cos there bad for their teeth !
Im in such a happy mood today, dont know why as Ive got work in 1.5 hours.0 -
Nobody missed me... *sob*;):p
I'm here to get some tea and sympathy!! I'm very poorly with a whole list of things:(
And I'm going to get a hospital bag packed already at 19+3 as I have a feeling I'm going end up there v soon:(
Bean has been kicking still (but maybe not as much as I'd like him to:o) so trying not to worry about him.
So very fed up so I might borrow DH's debit card and do some online shopping therapy before I go back to bed;):rotfl:BLOWINGBUBBLES:kisses2: SMARTIE120 -

If you pack it you will need it sooner....
I have had a UTI since finding out I was pg, which appears to be normal for me (protein is kidneys not functioning as well as they should be).. they give most of those symptoms, though I know you have other issues which mean you aren't 100% anyway.. surely the infections can be treated wihout the need for hospital stays?LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Awww Smartie, if it's likely that you might end up in hospital then use that bank card to buy yourself some new books/ipod/nintendo ds It's not all about the baby. At least you'll have an allowable reason to stay in bedMum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession

I'm on antibiotics, but they do tend to send me to hospital if there's anything wrong cos of existing illnesses to be on the safe side.
I once had an allergic reaction to something so my face puffed up... and they sent me in for that "just incase" *big sigh*
Thank you everyone:) It's the docs that I've seen but they did say to see midwife earlier as I don't see her until end of May otherwise. I have a scan on Mon, then see consultant on tues.BLOWINGBUBBLES:kisses2: SMARTIE120
