I was thinking the same thing....if I aint wearing knickers to 'catch' it, it can get messy:o And if you had *ahem* relations;) and the excess wasn't removed during a midnight pee then it could also be that mixed in. like the others have said if Mrs B aint too fussed and the hospital aren't either then try to relax and just monitor bubs' movements etc:)

And if she has been warm she could be a little on the sweaty side too...

So.. Bufger.. you have a juicy, sweaty, semen filled woman so far today.. is she aware of this???

On that note.. dinner needs cooking.. lol

Thanks Eviesmummy!! I have had a look instore but as yet not attempted pushing it or lifting it (as the assistant seemed to think I was stealing so I left the store offended!) I might ask OH if we can go to Mothercare this weekend as it seems a good offer with £50 off, plus I have also got a £20 off pram voucher for Mothercare and a £20 giftcard. Would you say it would last a long time? I am hoping to get a good couple of years use out of it, and maybe buy a cheap stroller when the baby is bigger that would be kept in OH's car.

Thanks Bunny and Sir Monster! Think I better go try one! I think its the one I have my heart set on, my mum loves silvercross as a brand and I just think it looks sturdy, neutral and looks like a pram which is what I want! I am abit worried about it being too bulky as I am only 5"2 and struggled just lifting car seats! Thanks Sir M about the voucher, I have to admit I already have one.. Cafc kindly gave me it :) but very kind of you to offer :D

Thanks for making me laugh Pigpen!

Pigpen! Here's me thinking I was being mega grotty just mentioning moistness. :rotfl:

Bah, I was going to be good and watch my NHS DVD about birth and breastfeeding, but the lappy won't play it. I'm a bit naughty really cos I haven't been to antenatal classed either, but I figure women have been giving birth for millenia without the aid of instructional DVDs. Wouldn't have minded the BFing bit though, but I think learning by 'doing' is better than learning by 'watching'.

delain - congrts on your magic jeans:j i shelled out £40 for a pair of topshop mat jeans and they are crap, their sizes are messed up i bought a 12 which are now too big on me, although pre-pregnancy i was a 14 in topshop?

bufger - hope your OH is ok and good luck for your scan tomorrow, the 20 week one really is absolutley amazing.

for anyone having really bad heartbrun/indigestion have you tried Maalox? its like an alternative gaviscon, except it doesnt make me gag :T(but it does taste like moisturiser) i have to say its done wonders for me, it might be worth a try for some of you. my doc got me a perscription for it a few days ago and i feel so much better now im not crippled with the pain :D:D

eveiesmummy i got that DVD although its just the breastfeeding on it, you arent missing much to be honest it didnt really tell me much i didnt already know( and i hardly know anything about breastfeeding lol) although the one part i was shocked about was just how much of your breast goes into the babys mouth!!

could you try playing it on a playstation or something it may work?

Thanks Eviesmummy for your help :)

Bexta; I have that DVD, but mine is the english/ welsh version (I am english :D) so not sure if its a diff version.. I started watching it and found there was waaaaaaaaaay too many nipples for the time of day I watched it. It seemed very forceful like saying YOU HAVE TO BF when I think it should be either way! It was amazing watching the newborns waking up on the mothers chest and searching for the boob though, they are clever little things and its very good they know what to do :P

We considered the 3D and had a look and demostration with it. Yes we liked it but found it too bulky for us... it wouldn't of fitted in car boot very well and I found it too heavy. TBH I would of loved it as pram but not liked it when in "pushchair" mode.

Goooo me!!:D I bought sexy big cheapie knickers from Primark for hospital bag:j:j:j :rotfl:

kitkat i thought it was a bit forceful aswell. im going to give it a go but not really worried if it doesnt work out. does anyone know if you have to tell the hospital beforehand if you want to breastfeed? like what if you tell them you do, but then maybe change your mind i hope they dont try and force me to? if i change my mind or have problems, do you think they will give me they bottles of milk or try and make me do it.
