Someone my mum knows called her daughter "She" that has got to be one of the most awful things to end up with!! Not much better than it really

Agutka; I jus think wot if u choose one name, and then decide that it jus isnt right when the baby is born!! Im not sure, im new to all this!!! I want 2-3 names, for each sex. We did hav Theodore for a boy (OH loves this name but Im not sure!) I just feel like the kid would get teased at school, so maybe Theo, but is that too short?!?! Otherwise, theres a few girls names we like, but they all seem to begin with C or K and OH's surname begins with K so it might not go! Maybe we'll just call it 'baby'

Mermaid; I am curious what ur DDs name is?!

Theo isn't as short as Ava.. But.. Theodore is the name of a chipmunk!!!

you haven't got a bump! Honestly.. where are you keeping that baby? and can you keep mine there too cos I feel like a lumpy-dee and my hips/pelvis is agony! I am getting most upset with all these skinny hugely pregnant ladies when I am so immense.. I think I may just need to cry! I've been in maternity stuff since 5 WEEKS!!! I think I am doing something very very wrong!

Hello all

had my detailed scan today am 20+5 due date remains as 2nd sept. Sonographer was misery guts not as nice as last lady was real stroppy with me when I took ages to lay in right position told her I had pelvic girdle pain - i was then too scared to ask for an extra pillow for under my knees or even to move my leg during the scan as it was against her where she was scanning!!!

I could see the sex myself when she was scanning and when I asked she snapped i havent looked yet then said prob female (not even a girl) and I said oh are you sure bearing in mind what I had seen and she had another look and when oh no its male.

Did get 3 clear pics as well and all was well developmentally but you would think they would be a bit more cheerful.

So looks like we are having a little boy.

Aaaw Pigpen don't cry! I somehow managed to take a flattering photo. I have quite a long body (short legs though, booo) so I guess bubs has room to stretch in there. I'm nearly 5'6 too, but I don't know whether that's taller than you or not.

Pigpen dont worry im the same im flaming huge for my dates everyone thinks im at least 30wks gone when im only 21wks. I've just started getting the pelvis pain and foof pain and my bump is still wobbly instead of nice and firm so sometimes i just look fat instead of pregnant. long gone are my size 8/10 or even 12 days i will be lucky if i can squeeze my fat !!! into a size 16/18 when i've had this one and im only 5'2 so i look like a weeble:eek:

Who asked about the Epo I have finally stopped :rotfl:. Anyway no they cant fall out you do need to pierce it slightly though at one end :-)

I have a shortish body and longish legs.. they aren't that long as I'm 5ft 3.. though OH is 6ft 4 so we are not expecting a stumpy baby but I am just enormous and in lots of pain.. so I may cry anyway

Freebie congrats on team blue and boo for the miserable moo who scanned you all the maternity staff seem to have a broom up their backsides at the moment not sure why we had two very miserable moos for our scans as well :-)

Most people think I'm about that far too.. Come sit on the fatty bench with me I'm feeling all alone!

Mine is rather hard and baby rather than lardiness.. eventually! I squeeze myself into size 16 maternity stuff and I refuse to by bigger I will not gain 5 stone with this baby I just simply refuse!

me 2 bexta is such a pain - but I'm only 5'2 so VERY short legs lol only 27" inside leg, absolute nightmare to get anything to fit!!
