Miss piggy - we do have a babybjorn as i got an active for £7 which is almost brand new. I am hoping also to get a fabric sling too, have a friend who is really into them so must pump her for advice. I have heard good things about mai tei or however you spell it? any advice welcome!
One size fits most adults, and whilst the straps can look very long when you first see them, they are actually easy to use. They can also be used on a tiny baby or a toddler. A Connecta is basically a Mei Tai with buckles.

Cafc: great to hear from you and to know your ok. *lots of labour vibes* to you.
This morning I met my sis as she's modelling for a shop in town and had to pick out 4 outfits for the mini catwalk next week, bless her she was so nervous. Got home and i think the nesting instinct has also hit me, I moved every piece of furniture in the living room and dining room, hoovered, swept and washed the floors, I even buffed them after! Also cleared the 2 coffee tables, dusted everywhere, caught up with filing, washed kitchen floor, now am nackered!0 -
Good on all the ladies nesting and cleaning! I on the other hand have done very little apart from stay inside out of the heat, surf the net, watch tv and have a nap! Am in pjs now and will be in bed in the next half hour! Think I might take the spare room tonight as it's a bit cooler and if I find earplugs I can leave the window open.
CAFC glad all is improving, fingers crossed it all continues.
Ms piggy - I'll have a look at Mei Tais then as my sister also mentioned them.Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -

Keep your cleaning bug... I am still recovering from the decorating one... and still throwing stuff out.. having a lovely time doing it but it doesn't seem to be very effective in terms of making space!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0

xmaslolly I feel for you, I was up for a couple of hours last night, then took a cold shower, it was just so hot. I managed to get back to sleep for a couple more hours after that. To top it all I have a cold so feel awful. So glad the temperature has dropped a little this morning, I have work later so I'll be glad if the rain stays and it keeps cool overwise the car will be like a oven driving home. TBH I'm hoping i'll get sent home an hour or two early as there is always too many staff on a sunday but it depends on the pharmacist and how busy it is.0
