Landen and Leon....
I did have them on the other thread, and everyone on here was polite about which one they preferred etc but its more my family that did my nut LOL
Ooooh great, I like them both.
IF this baby does turn out to be a boy we like LOGAN but already have ds1 with a L name and I am funny about having the same letter at beginning of the name.....we do also have ISAAC 'just in case'Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.0 -
I really like both your names Cafc0

Cafc they are both lovely names i personally would sway towards Landon but leon is equally nice :-) x
Well family cant really comment on the name we picked as its the OH's mothers middle name and my middle name so if they say anything off about it they will have us both to deal with lol :-):jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0 -

Xmas, I'd be tempted just to cut the denim and have the slightly frayed edges (that might just be scruff bag me though)
Skintgypsy, congratulations on your boy - better late than never!
My mum has recently thrown a curveball ball at me regarding names. She's always been against a) middle names b) naming children after people (especially the dead) and c) the name John. Now, my dad died almost 10 years ago, and he was John, and I was mentioning names that I won't call bubs if it's a boy - John being one of them. She asked why not, and I gave my reasons, but she's now saying that she thinks John is nice as a middle name. Part of me doesn't mind, as OH hasn't any opinions either way, and the other part of me thinks it should be my brother who names his child after my dad (when he gets round to breeding) as my baby is going to have OH surname, and John is more of a tradition on the male side. Brother is John Philip - aka Philip/ Phil - always has been.
Woah, epic postbut I guess it's just my mum getting sentimental about her first grandchild and my dad not being here.

We've had many disagreements, especially with the babys surname, duno if you've seen on my facebook my scan pics are titled OHs surname + mine, this was done purely so ppl who don't know my OHs surname actually know the scan pics are mine. this caused uproar with some of the family as they were concerned the baby would have a double barrel name, hav to admit I wana give the baby one now jus to pi$$ them off! Grrr some ppl!
OMG, are you me?!
I didn't take my OH's surname. I'm not bothered about having a different surname to him or the baby but I want my name in there legally speaking. Baby's 2nd middle name will be my surname whether OH agrees or not (he thinks it's not suitable, but as neither of us wants to double barrel, it's my way or no way!).
As for first and middle names, they won't be discussed with anyone until the baby has arrived and we've chosen them. Everyone has a view, and TBH I couldn't care less what they think.kitkat5566 wrote: »I've not found pregnancy that wonderful, I've only recently stopped throwing up, I hate the heartburn, aches and pains, feeling mega fat, terrible spots, rollercoaster of emotions: one minit crying next a moody cow, ppl thinking they can comment on how rough I look! Thanks! Lol.
Yep. Didn't sign up for constant and agonising heartburn, or not being able to watch the John Lewis advert because it makes me cry, or not being able to wear any of my favourite clothes:A MSE's turbo-charged CurlyWurlyGirly:AThinks Naughty Things Too Much Clique Member No 3, 4 & 5

Congrats skintgypsy:j
I like both L names CAFC:D
We're having such a dilemma about boys names... I know what he will be called if he's a he (but DH says NO) so I don't know what will happen smartie cries and gets what she wants;););)
Girls... we have a few names and definite middle name.
Oh it would be so much easier if we knew the flavour!
And on the joys of pregnancy... I've not enjoyed it one bit:( BUT now I'm feeling a lot better so I'm feeling a bit more happier:)
Wish me luck for tonight ladies!! I hope I don't murder idiot cos I don't think I can use pg hormones as an excuse;)BLOWINGBUBBLES:kisses2: SMARTIE120 -

We have settled on names too (or as settled as you can be at 14+4 - lol), the girls name was easy but we did struggle with a boy.
I love Seth but I seem to be the only person in the world!!
Most like our girls choice (Ruby) and most dislike our boys choice (Theo) - but hey, our bean, our name:heartpuls baby no3 due 16th November :heartpulsTEAM YELLOWDFD 16/6/10"Shut your gob! Lol CAFC, that's quite cool. I bet that made life easier when you got married - no extra filling in forms and all that boring stuff.
