    Hi everyone!
Had a really bad nights sleep last night, think thats it for me now i seem to wake about 5 times needing a wee or with heartburn! funny cos i dont remember it happening last time, got a lie in though cos OH was home from work till 2 today. Just realised I am 30 weeks now! I have a scan in 2 weeks to check position of placenta as it was blocking cervix at 20 weeks, Im really hoping it has moved as having a section is just a nightmare to me it really scares me! I can handle the pushing, episiotomys stitches down below e.t.c but the thought of some one having their hand in my stomach terrifies me! I know its irrational as they arent so bad but still!
Had a fab day today though, letter about my Maternity allowance came and they are starting to pay me from monday which will be arrears ( apparently if you are unemployed when you claim they automatically start it from 11 weeks before your due so i wonder if that is why yours is taking long CAFC cos you mentioned starting it in june?). Also my car insurance is up for renewal and its gone down by £40 a month, just feels like a lucky day!
Oh and my mum came round she had bought us the chicco polly sketching swing for baby, its normally £99 but is on offer on kiddicare atm for £49.99!

Anyway hope everyone is ok, seems a bit quiet on here today!

Thats the same swing as I've ordered, from kiddicare too, it looks really good, well done to your mum for ordering you it! Its easy to assemble, and the hanging toys are very cute!!
Think I have bit of a fear of having a section too! Its just weird the idea of having someone rooting through my belly to get my baby out, lol. If I need one fair enough but I think I would prefer not to! :p

Its the gift that keeps on giving!!!! :rotfl:

Love this :rotfl:especially when like me you have been ill with one thing or another, feel like moving into the doctors!!

Any positives apart from the bundle of joy we get at the end??

At the mo mine is: no periods (yucky and painful!), also being able to ask for a seat on a train and hopefully get one. On that I was on the bus this morning and was about to give up my seat to an older lady (maybe 60s/70s) but didn't due to my 'condition', although did feel bad for her as no-one else gave up their seat.

    Hello all

25wks today, seeing midwife tues to get MAtb1 form and form for pregnancy grant thing.

just ordered myself a lovely dress and a top from blooming marvellous hate paying postage but my 15% discount code made the discount just over the postage cost so didnt mind, cost me just over £30 for dress and top as they were half price. (if you order and discount code doesnt apply to an item apparently customer services tell me means its out of stock when I rang them)

Husband is off work with D and V which is just so not pleasant!!
