They just like to do everything they can to let us know they are there!Wealth is not measured by currency0 -

Wow you lot are so organised!!!
I'm having a nightmare day and am wishing I'd stayed in bedBoyfriend woke me up with a very early morning call from Afghanistan (lovely to hear his voice), so I stupidly decided I'd go for a run. Worse than that, I forgot my bloody key to get back in, so have had to run another 40mins to my sisters to wake them up so I can get showered and changed for work. Luckily work is only a 20min walk from there. Oh and to top it all, my sister then informed me that she'd given away all her fat clothes (she currently wears all my smaller clothes that I can't fit into anymore), so didn't think she'd have anything for me  Chuffed she's lost so much weight, but just not today!!
So I'm wearing a too tight jumper dress with leggings and shoes that are a size too small  Roll on 4pm til I can get out of here and run all the way home via the estate agents where I can thankfully collect a spare key.

Oh on the plus side, got baby its first present last night - a car seat with one of those ISOFIX things to go with it. I know you're not supposed to buy 2nd hand car seats but my sister knew the lady that was selling all the stuff so we trust them :j
And she's taken my number as she has 9mth twins and needs to get rid of everything soon!! Treated my friend to a Mamas and Papas moses basket and stand for £30 too. All of this stuff was in immaculate condition. She also had 3 double buggy prams she's selling, which was a shame as I need a single one. 1 cost £900, 1 cost £600 and the one she's stuck with was £300. Just goes to show it's not the amount that makes it good!! Obviously money is no object in that household - house was bloody gorgeous too. And her mum was there who comes and does all her ironing on a weekly basis, bless her. Why don't I have a mum like that?? :rotfl:0 -
Its so unbearably hot in my work today
no windows to open, no air con and we're on a forth floor  just feel like I'm going to collapse, have drank loads and loads of water (practically emptied the machine!) but the trips down 2flights of stairs to the loo are killer in this heat.
O well only 2 and a half more months of work.... *cries*0 -
