Kitkat, yeah, it definately would be an accident waiting to happen with me as well. Walking and breathing at the same time is an issue for me.
I like the concept of a home birth, and I'm going to try and stick it out at home for as long as I can cos I really hate anything medical, but I'm not sure I could actually have one.

I just don't like giving birth, period. I just like to get it over with as easily and quickly as possible, I am definitely not the type that thinks of it as a uplifting/romantic/beautiful experience.....the reality is it hurts, is undignified and messy!! But what you end up with is the most amazing thing in the world, your baby:)
Awwwww, I have gone all soppy.....Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.0 -
Cafc ive got visions of you using your birthing ball like a space hopper now lol.
I dont overly bounce on mine i just sit on it infront of the tv doing little gentle bounces or as some one else mentioned rocking it back and fourth or round and round. If you find its to big for you you can get smaller ones :-):jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0 -
Grrr Argos annoy me  I've got one of these £5 vouchers they give you, thought I would put it towards a blackout blind for the baby's room and went to reserve it to pick it up tomorrow, my 1st choice of color.. sold out, 2nd choice.. sold out. Tried them all... all sold out! How carp is that, they are sold out within a 60 mile radius of me! So no idea wot to use the voucher on now!
Sorry... rant over!0 -

I just had a major panic thinking about birth...it's coming up to a year since my sister had her little boy and was so ill (possibly why she was so horrid to me the other night, my mum says she's really emotional).Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0
