Rach - I dont think the aeriel voucher is now .It was me thinking that the voucher I used was in with the tesco pamper box vouchers. My head is up my derrier. Forgive me for confusing things.

The value towels are too small as maternity towels but you can use them in the final few weeks of bleeding. I bled for 4 weeks last time so used a lot of packs. Ive stocked up with the tesco mat ones on offer at 60 odd p.

lol ah ok, i don't use ariel anyway as it seems to be the only one that irritates me! great re the towels, i only bought 2 packs of each but will get more tesco ones soon. bleeding after is something i'd never thought about until i actually got preg! reminds me a bit of DH going pale when his sister said 'i did a poo when i had my little girl'...he was horrified!!

i might nip to Tesco this weekend and get my pampers box, as it's free! must also get sainsburys stuff as the vouchers are only valid til June i think.

i worked out that including today i have 64 working days until mat leave :) presuming we take the hols we want. not that i'm counting.... there might be even less if i take some flexi etc too.

Rach... I ordered my XT at a bargain price on Kiddicare when you were away (I did think of you and what a shame you weren't around for it;))

I think it came to £140 ish plus cashback on Quidco:D

It's a new 2010 model so that's why it's on pre order... should be here next week I think:j

    Afternoon ladies :-)

Well i had my new pushchair last week (phil & teds) and so far so good i am really impressed it is so easy to push and get about i dont know why i never had a 3 wheeler before the only thing i have to watch is it freewheels unlike my old one so i cant just stop and take my hands of the handle bar but thats no biggy. I just have to wait now and see how it handles with two nippers in it Bubs seems to like it though that could be the lovely bright colour of it we went for the apple green and he seems really comfy. its real easy to put down, a little stiff to put back up but that seems to be because it is new and it will loosen up. sooooo so far its a big thumbs up :-)

wow that is a good deal...is it black or grey? not that i'm really bothered about colour! it's now £195 but the offers do seem to come and go on there so i could keep looking! same on mothercare right now. The cheaper we get it the better as obviously i don't want mum to spend above the odds and also she might spend the rest of the money on something else!!

... and it's probably not the done thing at all, but if anyone is looking to buy a Bugaboo Bee then I have one for sale :) I've only had it for 6m and have just had the chassis replaced so is in brand new unused condition. The seat and hood have no marks or tears - you wouldn't know it wasn't new. Only selling as I've been bought a Bee Plus (pramaholic :o) If you're interested then just message me :)

Again, sorry if this isn't the done thing - just thought some people might be interested!
