Hiya Choc-addict, I think you maybe right, I do honestly think that OH spends to compensate his behaviour/actions. However, the one thing that always springs to my mind, is that, you cant buy peoples love! They have to love you for YOU, not your wallet!!!!!

Thanks for saying that you think im strong, dunno bout that! lol. I will sort it out, as per usual.

thanks for your comments/votes of confidence, I seriously couldnt get thru this on my own. Im so glad I found this forum and you guys.

  • morning all,

very grey start here today, which kinda reflects my mood really. god I hate Mondays! lol always feel depressed on a Monday morning!

DD back off to school today, I will miss her, love having her company. got loads to catch up on cos of the busy weekend we had with her.

Done daily scratchies, so now need to get that into the bank account. Got quite a nice amount from the bingo scratchcards which was going on the cc's, but need that in the ole account now unfortunately:mad: we all know why!! also need to get into routine of doing daily clicks more, every little helps as the saying goes.

The only thing I've got to look forward to this week is IT going away:j YAY, me and DD are on countdown methinks! only 3 days to go. doesnt that sound awful??? makes me think that im a bad person, but I cant help how I feel.

Oh well, best go and get DD sorted out. have a great day everyone, be safe, be happy. catch up later x

Need to sort these things out asap, as I said to the other peeps on another thread........OH does not need an excuse to moan, so I've gotta try and do all I can to avoid it. cos it does get me down, and tbh, I just want a quiet life! :D I can live in hope!!!!! lol

  • hiya savingwannabe,

Wouldnt be able to get thru without you guys, I know ive said that before, but I really mean it:D

OH never used to be like this, we did have good times. But over the last few years, the construction business has got harder, and now he has got a mystery illness, doctors arnt sure what it is, maybe fatigue, I dont know. I know I cant use that as an excuse for his behaviour, he has got alot worse over the past 2 years for some reason. When he is in a good mood, its great, and I think, yeah we will be ok and then....... bang! good mood gone! its weird and kinda hard to explain.

Anyway, enough of that from me!!!!!!! I promised I wouldnt get down and moan didnt I! lol. hope you have had a good day savingwannabe, thanks for popping in.

    speak soon x

  • morning everyone.

well its official, when I checked our online banking earlier, we have now gone over our overdraft:eek: thanks to IT. So while I am waiting for the bingo monies etc to clear, I have had to transfer what small bit of savings we have over to our current account so that we dont incur any charges. This is without doubt, the worst month we have had in a long time.

I feel absolutely awful today, got a terrible headache and I can feel a cold coming on:(. The tank in the car in almost empty, not got much money for that really, as all our cc's are maxed out:eek: except one, and there aint much left on that!!!!! dont want to use what is left, but I might have to. I desperately need petrol and what about food!?

Thank god ive only gotta wait now 2 days till IT goes, cant wait, just dont want to be around OH at the moment, I am so

Hope you all have a great day, catch up later x

    Hello JC,

I am so sorry this is not a good start and you deserve so much better. I think when OH goes you need to talk to CAB, your doctor etc to find strategies and maybe separate your accounts. At the moment he still hasn't had his LBM and you are doing all the work.

Keep strong my friend. Only two days left. Can you borrow food from a friend closeby?

  • thanks savingwannabe.:D

Well I have just had a wasted trip to my bank, I had £56 in loose change to pay in. the bag was sooooooo heavy, and the woman behind the counter reckoned I had mixed the coins up:mad: it took me flipping ages to count thru all that, now ive gotta double check it all. not amused!

I have decided that I dont think I will be able to do the extra work I wanted as a chat operator, dont get me wrong, im a broad minded ole soul and I did do a week at the beginning of the easter hols, but for some reason, I just cant seem to get myself motivated to 'log on'. perhaps im just not in the right of mind at the moment for 'dirty talk':rotfl: I just cant bring myself to do it! dunno whats wrong with me:mad: and its good money too! However, on a lighter note, I have just had another clear out of our spare room and found even more of DD's old clothes to put on ebay:j some of them have even still got the flaming tags on! So after my disaster last week (and not even getting the first lot on ebay), I am going to have a real blitz on thursday/friday night. and fingers crossed, I will make a good decent amount of money this time. heres hoping:)

hope everyone is enjoying the sunshine:cool:
