If this is the right choice for you. But if you need to vent, people will be sympathetic.
Take care of yourself.

Hi JC
Is there any reason for not going bankrupt? That is an awful lot of money to be paying out each month?
Or else I would suggest just paying YOUR DEBTS and let him sink....might wake him up a bit.
But from what you have said in the past I am surprised that you haven't split before now, he doesn't sound like a nice person at the best of time...
If going back to lurking is right for you at the moment then go for it. Writing on here shouldn't be something that you dread doing or that takes up time you need for something else.
Good luck with whatever you do in the coming months.
When you are ready maybe you can let us know how it all went

Well, I am back!! and I mean business this time!!!!!!
I have now got straight targets in my head. I have got a business that I have started up, but being depressed etc has meant that it hasnt got off to the best of starts, that ends now. I am also hoping to run another little business alongside it, with a company thats not been going very long, so hoping to get in early and make some money!!
With the commissions etc, I should do quite well, so with that in mind my targets (which I want to start end of October/beginning of November are:-
1. Overdraft - was down to £1400 now back to £2577:eek: and getting charged (long story, not even gonna go there!!)
2. Payday loans (these were taken before dmp, never again will I be that stupid, I felt I had to do it at the time due to you know who!!!)
3. I have got a vanquis credit card which I got after the dmp started to build up my credit, I was doing very well and it was being paid off every month not so much now. another long story no point even going there either!!!!!
the total of all these payments every month is roughly £331.89, once I have got rid of these, especially numbers 2 + 3, I will then use this money to make overpayments on our very large mortgage!!!!
Please tell me this can be done peeps, and wish my luck!!!

:eek: for some reason i didn't know your debts were so huge. DOH no wonder you are continually upset with OH. Is he even remotely onboard this time? Good luck with the businesses, I hope they do well for you.
ref the depression have you had a medicine review recently. Might be time to change your meds?

thanks for the support guys.
Beautiful day herehave made some progress on the overdraft already - figure now stands at £2377 so cleared £200:j
Not much, but its a start!! getting a bit fed up with ebay just lately but i think I will keep trying. some weeks I earn well and other weeks its awful! but thats ebay I guess!!
I dont think OH will ever be onboard, he just feels constantly that he has been 'hard done by' and no one appreciates him!!! OMG! its always about him and how he feels, makes me sick!
But enough about that, all I care about is me and DDsounds terrible, but thats the way it is!
Off to check DMP statement, enjoy the sunshine peeps!
