One small point I'd like to add here: If anyone has pets, please keep the zoflora away from them - tis poisonous to their nervous system :(

Is it? My friend who has three cats uses it, and recommended I use it (when my puppy tried to pee on her carpet) We use it to clean up AND prevent more "accidents" in the same place. This didn't work for my pup who seems to enjoy making sure the Zoflora smell submersed under his own, inimitable smell..... not dead yet tho'
Is there a warning on the packaging?

  • Evening, all! Today:

    Bottle recycling to bins
    Ironing - to do
Arrange for people to come and do odd jobs and service range
Bits as raffle prizes to friend - done
Paperwork to file - today's pile to do (major hotspot :D )
Items of Freecycle to allocate and contact takers
    Mow lawn - to do
Kitchen floor to mop (due to slight accident by Flybaby DS.......no not that sort of accident, juice :rotfl: :rotfl: )

I've been in work since 7am this morning, as DH has been off again with the children. They tidied up from last night's dinner with friends, and he's now taken them fishing, so I have a free afternoon, to myself.

To stop animals peeing in the same place.... guess what.... VINEGAR! It helps neutralise the urine :) Clean first with bio washing powder, rinse and then rinse again with vinegar. HTH

Sadly, like most disinfectants, there's NO warnings :( The only one I've found to be ok is Savlon (but not sure now since they changed the "recipe").

Lemon juice works well too, just cut a lemon in half and rub it over the place where they have peed. It stops my cats in their tracks :D

I give up, weeded front garden all day today and am now absolutely shattered. Have so much to do but cannot do anything other than put dishes in DW and go to bed. Will just do it tommorrow but am feeling majorly guilty.

GUILTY??? What, for doing a whole load of weeding? You should be proud of yourself. As Justin often says to me "it's not what you've NOT done, it's what you HAVE done that counts". WELL DONE MIMIF for doing all that weeding today.

:T :T :T :T :T Hey! You did GREAT!! :D:D You're going to wake in the morning, look at your front garden and feel a whole sense of achievement at a job well done!

Actually, you've inspired me to put my list up - not because I was feeling guilty (energy draining emotion ;) ) but mainly because it isn't *really* FLC :o
After yesterday's leaks, today meant ladder climbing to repair the utility room roof :D

    There, that's it :rotfl:
Inbetween I did put a couple of loaves in the BM with some help from my lads ... and I sneaked in a couple of posts on MSE while I was waiting for pages to load as I checked up DIY advice and multitasked by using those times to eat :o
