I have been running at just under the 30 sales a month for the past year and if I make more of an effort then I should be able to justify the subscritption!
What I was wondering was - do I have to use the bulk upload programs or can I continue to do things 'manually'/individually as I do now? I don't really want to change as I rather like my system - it may be a little time consuming but after 18 months I know what I'm doing without thinking too much about it!
Also, any thoughts and suggestions greatfully received. By the way what are these Z Shops?
I too shall be going PRO as soon as I return from my hols, I have been selling way over thirty a month but didn't want to start it until after my hols. Good luck with your sales. I would be interested in replies to this thread too!!

Yes Yes Yes! We are back to the one thread and so I am back too - it just did not have the same appeal! Thank you AT for sorting it out.
I had a very busy week on amazon last week - I was in and out of the PO nearly twice a day. It can be a bit wearing in your lunch hour, but sadly those SOLD DISPATCH NOW emails seem to have become essential to my very being.
I had a book go missing, refunded the buyer and then it turned up two weeks later - he offered to send me a cheque, but he had been so darling about it all, I gave him the book with my compliments. I have even kept his emails they were so nice.
I have three folders now.
Disasters (Grotty customers, duff pricing on my part, etc.)
Nice Stuff.(Very nice emails from buyers)
Books to charity. (The ones that go so low in price and have millions of penny ones).
I too have shifted a few kids videos this week. The only drag about them is I have to watch them through as I don't want any complaints. I am expert in Pingu, Fun song Factory and Sesame Street these days.
It feels like coming home to the ONE threadxx:j

Hi there - no need to do anything different at all, you list them how you want to and the only change you'll see immediately is that you get 86p more per sale.0 -

Larmy, you are so easy to please! this last week I've sold lots of 1p books even though there were zillions of others, if you are ever thinking of going Pro then I'd keep them for listing then.....you enjoyed your videos didn't you, go on admit it......:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0 -
Is there a charge to become a pro seller then?0

Hi Christina, yes, you pay £28.75 per month to use it so if you can sell 33 items per month then you are better off. I found that it made me treat the whole thing more seriously and I went from 300 listings when I signed up to 900+ today, it makes you drive the business along because you have to be sure you keep up the 33 sales per month. You only pay for one month at a time so you can cancel when you want and only pay just for the rest of that month.
A real bonus is that you don't have to relist every 2 months either0 -

You'll need to just ask katchambers by PM, she'll be able to help you I'm sure0 -
I went Pro Merchant two weeks ago and due to the fact that I have been listing like mad to get the nubers up, I've managed to sell my basic 33 books in these two weeks. So, I'd say it was well worth doing, especially if you already know you can sell that many. I took a bit of a chance really, but it's paid off. :jOne half of the world cannot understand the pleasures of the other0
