That was the 17th - its the 22nd today and its NOT in there! So the five days idea is out. Oh well, if its more than 28 I'll be banging on their door!0 -
Is there a minimum amount that should be kept in the account after withdrawing funds?Steve0

I would say £0 should do it!0

I paid mine in about a week ago, and still havent received it. I applied for the account before martin posted up "game over" too. How long should i leave it before i call them?0

you'll have to give them 28 days from the date of the deposit of the £100 into the first direct account. thats what the terms and conditions say, so thats all they'll tell you over the phone aswell.0

my girlfriend is having issues with FD as well. they phoned her to say that they would open the account at midnight tonight but that as she would have had to pay in the £100 by today she wouldn't be eligible to receive the £25.
she yanked the application and I will be "recommending" her instead so that we each get £25

PS And there I was thinking they had good customer service! Obviously not to new customers...Matched Betting Profits since May 2006: £467.330 -
I phoned them yesterday to make sure my ISA application was going through (applied at weekend, they have huge backlog) and asked while I was on, whether my £25 was going to be honoured.
You may recall, from an earlier post on this thread, that I had to have a special note put on my account because even though I logged the code with them and applied for the account prior to the closing date, they pulled the offer before they got around to actually opening my account, so it was saying I wasn't entitled to the cash! After arguing with them (politely) they agreed to put a note on my account and get it sent through to their commercial people for approval.
Anyway, yes, they're honouring it (though my request did take over a week from time of enquiry to time of resolution) and I'm told that my £25 will be in my account within 28 days of my £100 going in - which means it won't be long now.

Me too. To clarify I ordered my forms before the 'game-over' day but sent them back after this. It seems the date of your initial telephone call to request the forms is what counts!0

What's this "GAme over" Business? Sorry if I've just been asleep for awhile!
I received a mailshot offering £35 if i had a balance of £100 by 31st april - Are they not going to be honouring this deal anymore?
