Ive just posted them same BCard are charging me 3% as well. Do the extra interest mean they wont received the full agreed amount from you. Sorry not sure if you are going it alone or with CCCS/Payplan.

Hi candypop, I'm with CCCS. They will be getting the same amount as agreed by CCCS but will be adding interest each month to the balance.

We've had ups and downs but it was definitely the right decision.

What were your ups and downs if you don't mind me asking as it the dreaded phone calls?

MBNA rang and rang and rang some more at first but they've calmed down and accepted the DMP :T
Hubby had a few phone calls AT WORK from Crap1  (there is a letter you can send to say only contact by letter though if this happens). They have also backed off now :)
The other 'down' was a letter from Santander which was a bit scary  but I phoned CCCS who were very helpful and reassuring and basically the letter was a scare tactic - it worked :rotfl:

Well done Mikon, knew you would feel better if you got it sorted.

Wonder if Barclaycard are changing their minds about DMPs, mine and the OH's are at 0%, 3% isn't too bad, BofS and Lloyds are charging us 6%, got to be better than what we were paying previously thast is for sure.

Skinflinto they do good cakes there, I was just walking through and all these boxes just leapt into my arms, honest!
We love Iceland but guess what...got there and it was closed!! Could have sworn they were open until 8 on a Fri. No cakes for me :(....ahh, well, I could do with losing a few lbs :rotfl:

MBNA rang a lot, but were ok in the main. Apart from different depts not communicating with one another.
    EGG no contact at all.
BoS advised me to contact Payplan and go on a DMP so obviously they were cool.
CITI rang once and were lovely.
