HH, I've had to stop myself buying more - let me know if you struggle as it sometimes deletes the freebies at the checkout. There's also a £5 off voucher on the voucher board to add to your 3 freebies which total approx £20
Ted
Don't laugh..... I've only just sorted it. Still, managed the freebies so got £46 products for £16.50 delivered!
Thanks again.

Thanks for all the support re Next. I haven't done anything yet, it is so stressful to me ATM that I am guilty of burying my head in the sand. Next and Halifax are the two £$%^&&&*'s that are killing me, the rest have been totally fine, sending a statement every 1-3 months and that is it. I have been feeling so uneasy about the whole DMP thing recently, too:(
LJM you are doing great. Don't let them grind you down.
Hugs

Thanks Ted and HH,
Your advice is definately taken on board. Think we are going to take the plunge by filling the form in over the weekend.
Also wife is going to try and open a savings account tomorrow at a different bank as you've advised.
Thanks once again, its much appriciated and no doubt I will be asking you all silly questions along the way.

Hi everyone
LJM23K Do not let NEXT grind you down, I know it can be difficult and sometimes you just think what's the point, but what is the alternative? If NEXT hand it off to a DCA ensure that the DCA provide you with the following documents
FULL details of the alleged Debt.
Details of the 'Goods' and/or 'Services' I was provided with.
HOW the amount you claim I owe them was arrived at.
A Statement of Account.
Copies of any and all Signed Agreements from your original Creditor.
A copy of the 'Deed of Assignment'.
These must be provided by law.
Also write to them and explain your situation.
HH - I have spoken with CCCS regarding who to pay and they are not sure so I have wrote to both NEXT and the DCA asking them to tell me who to pay and to provide this within 14 days. I have also stated that if the matter goes to court I will produce the letter as evidence that I am trying to pay the amount agreed but the creditor or DCA are being obstructive. I have also told them that I will show the Judge that I have a history of good payments and that since entering the DMP I have always maintained payments to date up until this point when again the information provided by both the creditor and DCA is misleading which again breaches the law. I have alos informed the DCA that they have breached the law by failing to provide the appropriate documents listed above within the given timeframe.
I must note that I very much doubt that it will go to court but I am starting to collect the evidence and informing the other parties that I am doing so and making them aware that I am prepared to fight the fight.
I have sent the letters today and await a reply.Mikon Riding the DMP Rollercoaster full of ups and downs but i will get to the end. :T:j

I am going to continue making payments see my previous post. I am know talking to them about going to court and producing documentary evidence to show that they are breaching legislation and being obstructive.
So for that reason I want to continue paying my DMP payment.
Thanks for your advice though greatly appreciated.Mikon Riding the DMP Rollercoaster full of ups and downs but i will get to the end. :T:j

Quick question:
Is anyone with OPUS previously CITI are you receiving monthly statements? I was with CITI but since they were taken over by OPUS I have not had one statement anyone had similar experience.
Thanks
