Thanks, Hows the UE going for you?0
-
good, it works, but it isn't easy. only 7 out of 22 which are actually fully enforceable and even managed to get 2 very substantial admissions of UE from some very big banks, so even just for that, it was worth doing. But are ploughing on with the rest, some banks aren't so keen to admit UE. Got to just keep goingMore than Two Years in

Glad it's working for you, have had a good read on the other site but still don't feel I know anywhere near enough to try it.0

its a learning thing and Niddy keeps us right with the technicalities. Main problem is ridiculous DCA letters, and you soon get to realise what a load of mince 95% are!!!More than Two Years in

I was wondering whether to go down the FOS route but I am a little nervous, not sure why things like this don't normally bother me.
Soooo, might go for it.
I will let you all know what, if anything, happens.I'm Debt Free :j 2/09/2013

Eyeopener, what have you got to lose?? its a phonecall to a person, who will listen, check that you have a reasonable complaint, then will hand it on to the bank. When I did it, I got an acknowledgement from the FOS saying they had sent it to Amex, then a letter from Amex saying they were looking in to it, then the resolution from Amex, they did what they said they would do, end of. If you just let BC take the !!!!, they will. Consider it your duty as a good citizen! its a ridiculous situation and BC need to take a good look at themselves, how is that helping anyone in hardship?

Hi guys
Just posting to tell you that I'm still in the land of the living. Just got my shopping for the week and I gotta say I'm still crying at the cost. That's the end of any spare dosh I had for emergency money!!! The bright side of it is that I have absolutely no excuse for eating out.
Anyway things are continuing to go reasonably well for me but I thought I would just say that I'm thinking of you all and hoping that we all get out of this somehow.
Some of you who are reading but have other things on your mind or maybe dont have time to scribble a quick post every day, how about you call in and say hi once a week or so just to let us all know that your still around and things are okay.
We worry so:o:oDebt at DMP start (1st Oct 10) £30,838k. Debt of DMP as of 11th May 12 £12,170k
