How on earth do you know so much eyeopener? You sound like you work in a legal background or like I've done when complaining sometimes, have you taken the time to look everything up - put it down on paper and then make it look good?
It's so cool that there is this kind of free help and advise on this website as well as making a lot of new friends who understand what I'm going through.:DDebt at DMP start (1st Oct 10) £30,838k. Debt of DMP as of 11th May 12 £12,170k

I just try and research everything if I can, a lot is available on here or on other websites. I am no legal expert by any stretch of the imagination.
I just try to help if I can.

Evening everybody.
Any news from the frontline?
Not much to report, just waiting for the next payment which drops me thru the £20k and one more debt down.(another payday loan which has taken me a year to pay off! Some short term loan, don't do it kids)
Also waiting for CCCS to get back to me about Barclaycard regarding the interest reinstatement. I didn't want to go all O.K. Coral, with all guns blazing, with BC and find out that CCCS could have done it for me.
All though if they get no response the Wyatt Earp outfit is primed and ready to go.I'm Debt Free :j 2/09/2013

I think all men have a secret longing to be a gunfighter although i'm a bit of a wuss where guns are concerened so pretending is probably as near as I would get.

Hi everyone! Ive not been on here for a while so thought i'd come and say hello!Well im 6 months into my DMP with CCCs and everythings going great! All interest has been stopped so gradually getting there!! Just hate having no money
but better than worrying about credit card statements coming through the door i suppose!!!! We need so many things, car fixing, wardrobes for our bedroom, new washing machine etc etc....just never seem to be able to save!
How's everyone else finding it??Time to stop wasting money and start saving some!! :T0 -
Hello, hello, hello!
How are things? Just caught up with what I've missed, glad to see the fight continues!
Sainsburys Bank are still being a pain in the backside and have now started calling again! Grrrrr Anyone heard from Mikon? I need a letter! Help! They're getting their CCCS money each month, but refuse to accept DMP and reduce interest (honestly, this has been going on for 8 months!).
My last CCCS payment didn't end up bouncing, BUT I've had to pay unauthorised o/d fee with NatWestOn the upside, BF now has work (hurrah!) so we're slowing getting back on our feet.
Also, xmas bonus this year is John Lewis vouchers, so that'll help massively with xmas pressiesPaddle No 16
