am back from very wet camping experience, the west was a washout but we upped the tent and headed east, much drier and cheaper...........

lots happening to you guys, PP BofS just did the same to me and sent me a letter saying they were defaulting me. Won my fight with Amex with the Ombusman, they credited all interest charged and gave me £50 for my trouble, so it is possible to argue and very very simple, just a phone call to ombusman's office.

    True have pmed you
    Ted have pmed you too
mama, have a great holiday and PM me before you do anything about unenforcability

hope you are all just jogging along, its only money guys (Dopey is very chilled after hols and came back with £71.09 remaining in hols budget which was small to begin with)

Thanks PDD, am fairly chilled about it now and am gonna do a Mikon, ie, not stop until they freeze the interest, starting with BoS complaints dept tomorrow, then the Ombudsman, plus will get Payplan to call them as well.
The really irritating thing is that their money management team advised me to do the DMP in the first place and all creditors bar them have frozen all charges and interest.
Am up for a scrap though and quite enjoying it really after the boredom of the last 3 months................................major flaw in my psyche??? ;) PP

    :hello: Hi All!

Not doing so well on the no spend adventures unfortunately Teddy! It's not cheap down here at this time of year, but I'm trying to keep the spendies as low as possible (50p for two cartons of apple juice yesterday :j lol). DS has a friend coming over today so that should be him occupied and quiet but I will need to get something in for lunch for both of them so will try to be a bit inventive....

Hope everyone is enjoying the hols :) xx

Hi have 2 weeks off work with DS so trying to have a low spend week this and then some days out next week. Been decluttering the house havent found anything work selling have done that already in the past. Gonna have to stop now until bin day. Posted letter to Halifax asking them to reconsider charging interest found a template on national debtline which I altered. Just have wait and see now. Trying not to get too stress worrying about all and postie has walked past my house for 3 days so far. I blew him a kiss on his way.
