Payplan have been absolutely fantastic and Justabank (their online payment tracking thing) is amazing. Still can't believe the service they offer is free. Am sure you have made the right choice True. PP

Thanks Prof, its actually your experience with PayPlan that spurred me on :) so thank you so much for sharing your success with us and being quite so insipirational!! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you (and Mikon) that Schiti pass you over to a reasonable DCA so you can get your full house :D

A SCHITI update, they have rejected my offer so presumably it will go to a DCA?
Oh well, you can't win them all, 7 out of 8 ain't bad. PP
7 out of 8 sounds great Prof - DCA sounds likely but in the meantime no doubt they'll be eating the payplan payment in interest:mad::mad::mad:

    Ah wow....

Thanks guys for that letter :) going to get that sent off asap.

I really have to say that I am blown away by all the help/support on these forums. I guess everyone on hear is in the same sort of position and it's sooo nice to know that other people are going through the same thing. Everyone is really friendly and non-judgemental :) brilliant :):) lol

i will keep y'all updated on the progress. I guess this time is the hardest when it's all being set up. Loads of phonecalls still and letters demanding payment but hoping that will stop soon!

Does anyone know the timescale on a dmp? Like roughly how long it takes to get everything set up? I sent everything to the cccs about a week ago now so I'm hoping to start paying them from 1st July.
    :j

    Hi Michael:wave: Welcome !
You sound be bag on target for a 1st July start - our paperwork had to be back for the 7th for a start on the following month, bet someones already said that and I haven't checked:o
You've your cccs number now so that makes calls so much easier...open the letters check there's nothing you need to check with cccs or need to phone them about - the calls you make are also much easier! then file neatly and forget!

Well, after my previous experiences with SCHITI I thought I would ring them this morning to discuss what's going on.
The DMP has been accepted for a few months, interest stopped and charges stopped then I am to be defaulted and the debt passed to a DCA.
All in all quite pleased with that, 6 out of 8 have confirmed interest stopped and awaiting to hear from the other 2. :T
