Without a paddle... support for anyone starting a DMP in 2010 (part2)

Morning All,

Long time no see! I have looked high and low for you and keep losing track. I don't think I ever got a paddle number. I know I asked somewhere but cant even find the request now!

Nataz - Sorry, did I get a paddle number?

All quiet on the post front. Egg have finally changed my name yesterday on my account this has been ongoing since February. Now maybe they will stop calling me and accept my offer.
Still have not heard from Santand* they are still yet to respond to my offer.
All gone quiet really. I guess now I wait six months when the temporary acceptance expires and I have to go through it all again?

All stopped interest apart from Lloyds:mad: who reduced it but not by very much:mad: and RBS who say they will cancel it when we are terminated, obliviated, corporated or whatever, but haven't done it yet.

Went to book the car in for its new tyres and they had some half the price I expected....and they arebetter than half as good too, so that's a bonus given how frequently i seem to drive over large tyre destroying objects!:D

Good news that Egg have finally got the message....hope they do go quiet for you..they've been so quiet so far for us, acceptance guessed on basis of statement.
Santandurrr...we did have letters from them, but they were the last of the letters to be received, had another yesterday saying they would be dafaulting us.
Quiets good, enjoy it and we'll all be going through temporary acceptances ending together, we have strong paddles to negotiate Compressor Creek!

So CSL say they are coming on Wednesday....what are you thinking about this....apart from hoping the sofa they deliver is nice(sorry - are CSL a big sofa place round you?) IF they do come will you just answer the door and do the cccs quote?

All sounding positive, you and the letters! Freemans just sounds like a computer generated letter which they'd send out whatever so daft when the difference is just £1, after the three months you'll just carry on same!
We have a couple of low balances which have just ignored everything and carried on the same as before wih interest but accepting the slightly lower payment.
Hope its still sunny with you, its found its way here now!

Hope its sunny for the pea plants Nat! WE need to plant our little veg patch thing up, neighbours gave us some bags of goat sh**, to mix with soil , well I think thats why they gave us it!! So thats kind of putting me off!!:D
And sunny for the walk and picnic too Ted!

I'm pretty laid back about them coming, they've been before, we're on a joint DMP and Crap One cards in OH name, he'll be at work so they get me and they can't talk to me about it cos of Data Protection. :rotfl:
