sorry about that Prof, but typical I think of BofS, conversely they told us they would charge us interest but aren't.................... Lucky you with the weather, it is not sunny here, I'm going to be really disappointed if you are all roasting quietly and I'm shivering in the rain..................More than Two Years in

Hiya everyone!! Hope you've all enjoyed the sunshine today
Had a letter from Freemans catalogue (owe around £130) my usual min payment to them is around £6 and CCCS have offered them £5, but in the letter they've sent me it says they are prepared to accept the lower payment for a maximum of 3 months!!!!! So what happens after the 3 months is up????
Also received a nice letter from HFC (owe £430) and they said they are prepared to accept the reduced offer!!!!
Crapone have written and defaulted me and say they are negotiating with CCCS.........so watch this space
Im still feelin pretty chilled out about the whole thing though and actually look forward to more letters coming in the post!!!! (probably sounds a bit strange)
Anyway have a good weekend everyone, hopefully the weather stays like this!!Time to stop wasting money and start saving some!! :T0 -
ahh ted no we didn't but CCCS were very generous for food £447 (for 4 adults and one big dog) and phones £73, so I never argued and just left those in. We still pay £1228 per month, so a fair bit going to the creditorsMore than Two Years in

I get commission on a good month and I whip it straight out of the account, reducing the money available to what we told CCCS every month. So I have started to always work with the same budget and the extras if there are any go straight to the principality, seems to work for me.More than Two Years in

Wow, £1228 a month, that should get that debt down very quickly with no interest. Good for you. :beer:LBM Jan 2010. DFD 2016.

PDD - Didn't you have to send payslips to CCCS?0

Can I ask a question???
Need to send a letter to Crap One, advising them of CCCS again and asking to stop interest, phone calls, threats of visits etc, I have asked CCCS to send the info through to them but thought I'd try writing as well. Has anyone done this? If so do you just use template letter thingys on Debtline website.0
