Becoming paranoid now. I have started looking at CCJs and Charging Orders I am worrying about things that may never happen, I am thinking what is the worst scenario and thinking this will happen to me. Is this the normal process I am reading things on here that are scaring me. I need to chill but just do not know how too.

    Ted

I am going to a bbq tomorrow. Just got to take a bottle of wine which is not bad as four of us will be getting fed. The problem i have turning the phone off is the children will ask why is the phone off.

Ted thanks for your support your help is much appreciated. I just wonder if the calls will quieten down once CCCS have made contact and sent my SOA.

    Have you anything planned?

Hi all, just home from work so thought I'd fill you all in while i've got peace.

Nothing dramatic happening with the dmp starting to get statements in after my first token payment, none have froze interest (apart from Barclaycard who said they would but I havnt got a statement yet so dont know) i will be sending 2nd token payments to all soon. While on the subject of Barclaycard both me and oh have a cc with them, they agreed with me over phone to freeze interest and charges but got a letter Yesterday from them for oh card saying the payment was too low and they could not possibly accept it as a payment and to contact to make a more suitable arrangement, they really dont have any sort of protocall for this I even owe more on my card than his.

Carp one sent me a new credit card, thought that was so kind of them arnt they great!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Bad news today hubby got phone call at 8.45am to tell him not to go into work as there was notthing on:eek::eek::eek: It is going to be a small pay packet this month as he was off sick for 2 last friday and saturday when he phoned to say he would be in on monday he was also told not to go in as notthing had been booked in for him, so thats 4 days no pay. Will have to do and extra month of tokens i think. There have been rumours of a 4 day week so he is just going to go in tomorrow and ask as it is no good not knowing from one day to the next. If he does go to 4 days its going to really mess things up, we are just about on a proper dmp its going to take us 10years to be debt free as it is, if we pay any less it will be a low start dmp and we'll only be able to pay so little I dont know how any one will accept it:eek::eek::eek::eek:, those bloody gemlins are attacking me again.

Anyways hope you are all keeping well and hi to any newcomers, i will catch up on the last couple of pages of posts over the weekend. Going to go to bed now and do some tossing and turning.

O no just realised i've left my phone at work, bum bum bum.

Sorry I seem to always be moaning, appologies all.:)

I can't say I don't look at things like that BUT if a CCJ arrives well we pay it, after all our credit rating is shot anyway. A court will not make you pay anymore than you can afford the same as our DMP's.

If the creditor goes for a charging order, as I understand it, it will only be a problem if you don't pay the CCj. So thats a long way off yet. But if you pay it isn't a problem.

Lets get all our DMP's up and running and then if any of us have issues we can come here for advice, or phone CCCS/Payplan, and deal with them as they arrive.

Otherwise we will all go mad.

    E;)

    Me again

Looks like Santander have lumped my OD,CC & loan into one according to a statement I received this morning. it isn't very clear to be honest but the overall amount looks about right. The statement now just says personal Loan but doesn't have a breakdown of anything. And its from collections.

It also states that i'm in arrears which i'm not YET, soon will be, but not yet.

    Is this normal practice?

    Confused by banks yet again.

    Hi Mikon,

Just read a few of your last posts, please please try not worry, your going through the hardest part of the DMP when they start calling.

Your health and your family are way way more important that the creditors. If they are continuing to disturb, send the letter off from the debtline page it usually works a treat. I'd email it as well and put a delivery and read receipt on if you can.

CCJ's and court orders and all that balonie are far and few between. I think you said your debt with next was a £2-300 i'd doubt they'd be taking you to court for that it would cost far toooooooooooooo much.

So mr Mikon task for the weekend unplug phone - have a glass of wine - enjoy BBQ and sunshine- and have a hug :):D:)

    Have a good one G x
