thank you Mamajojo, for acknowledging me, I am giving up and going away now, I had hoped by joining the thread that I would find the support that felt I needed, unfortunatly that doesnt seem to be the case, I have tried to join in with you all, but perhaps my worries were not important, to those who have helped me, on this thread, I thank you very much.

Don't go away :hello: My post seem to have been same time as yours else I would have at least said hello. I am a newbie to and I am sure like any forum in the world, it takes a little time to settle :) If the water fluxuates like this, any chance there is a leak or the likes? I would contact the water company and ask to check. :)

It's Friday, I have been working non stop for 12 days now and still have so much work that I most likely will work this weekend again. Just a bummer that I don't get overtime paid

    Morning

Looks like MBNA have received the CCCS proposal as they have suspended my account as the available to spend amount is now £0 (not that there was much credit limit left it should be about £100). So things are happening.

So hopefully they will stop interest and charges.

    Phew,this is scary!

    Morning All

Prof, Citi were a bit of a nightmare, moaning and groaning, from the other side of the world and I think they had real trouble with our Scottish accents, anyway they kept saying they hadn't received anything and they had never heard of DMP's etc then OH got his statement and they had accepted and stopped interest!!!! No way to predict anything.
Hi Mama, thank you for your kind words, do me best inbetween strangling small businessmen!!!

Have a good day all, I've got a bit of a virus thing going on, speaking with a very husky voice, I think I sound like Marlene Dietrich, OH thought a drunk navvie!!!! So romantic!

Hi PDD, how interesting, just got off the phone to them, they were claiming exactly the same thing, hadn't heard from payplan, can I up the payments, etc. Stuck to the "You'll have to speak to payplan line" and he soon shut up.
Funny how all other creditors accepted immediately, thanks for the info, will see what happens. PP

Pollywoggle, I was just thinking about you this morning as my daughter was singing a song about a pollywoggle.....

Anyway, just to agree with everyone else. Yesterday things on here were v quiet with mostly new folk on who maybe couldn't answer your water query, or are too much still at that scary stage of setting up DMP. As for myself, I live in N Ireland and we don't have the water bill, what is it anyway, do you get charged for usage? If so,:eek::eek: I would run up a massive bill just by drinking tea......

Yes I know the feeling of the loo flushing while your on it too...a boy thing I wonder - both boys have done it dd didn't! We've a water meter so yep charged for use....I think all new houses have one over here - ours isn't a new house but previous occupants had it put in, their water rates must have been higher than their useage... it'd be a disaster if you'd a thing for watering the garden also paddling pool in our garden is always a small one, friends along the road have a v v big one but they've not a meter!?
Was thinking about you with the election - and HomeEd and the policies they'll be trying to inflict....

Well, the new Education minister is Michael Gove, and he was strongly opposed to the Home Ed proposals. Lets just see if that stays the same. You know politicians will do/say whatever to get the vote.

The was some talk about water meters here but I think it has been scrapped. We pay rates which is based on the value of your home on a certain date and its location, so for our 3 bed detatched house its £65 per month. Thats the only thing like that we have to pay over here, theres no council tax (whatever that is) Maybe our rates is water/council tax type thing just combined?

Anyway, coffee break done, time to feed the "pupils":rotfl:
