Hi everyone

Not been on for while. Had my first initial telephone with payplan last week and they sent me the authorisation form to deal with my accounts, but not had a call from my personal advisor yet!! They said i would get a call in the next few days and that was last Thursday!
Going to wait until Monday and then ring them if i havent heard anything. Getting worried just want to get this thing started.

Can you give them a ring now Freshstart? I'm not sure of the timscales with PP but that sounds like a long few days. I'm sure a Paddler with PP whos up and running will reasure you soon. Guess there are a lot of peeps setting up DMPs.
You have a good weekend too, don't be worrying you are in the system if you've got the authorisation form and you'll have a number to quote too I guess.

My two penneth, Council Tax £97 and water is £18 and my mortgage is only double these two! which ain't bad and I do wonder, when I see that, how the hell I got myself into this mess!:o

On a brighter note, MBNA have officially accepted my CCCS payment plan AND frozen interest and all charges. I thought they would be the worst to deal with.

Nothing official from the rest yet but i'm hopeful.
