Don't worry, the vast majority of creditors do accept. We've got a couple of members of this thread who have low start DMPs and I think
they've been accepted.
In any event if they don't accept, all they can do is take you to court where the judge will force them to accept the DMP, they can't have what you haven't got. PPLBM Jan 2010. DFD 2016.

Thanks
Have a mortgage so worried they will try and take money from my home. The debt is my name but the mortgage is joint and dont want them taking it from the home as not fair to put the debt on my partner. Just started to panic but know i now need to sort it out been denying the problem for far too long!0 -

Hi Freshstart
Don't worry about the mortgage just make sure you have the payments for your priority debts up to date (mortgage, council tax, etc). If they were to add in your debt to the mortgage that would be turning unsecured debt into secured debt and they can't do that without a court order and you are a very very very long way from that. So try not to worry (I know its hard), and let CCCS sort you out, we're all in the same boat here but most of us a bit down the line and we're surviving!!! Keep posting and feel free to rant, it helps. RBS are not the easiest to deal with, but the WILL stop interest and accept the payments from CCCS eventually. It will be OK.
Good luck:):)More than Two Years in

Hello lovely People:A
True - Are you ok hun - sounds like a right pi$$er of a day - is it the exhaust adding on more tokens? Fed up with chippy too....:grouphug:big hugs - am very:( for you.
I'm with Ted on the aren't you clever knowing where it goes - I also am proud to be able to open the special engine cover, do washer stuff, coolant and oil check.....DH would have a go tying it back on with his shoelaces....and then think it was ok forever - as we've found out today - his little car has a door prob that needs fixing, and its gone in for that today, they've waved fee for that but have come up with 160 worth of work that needs doing and it needs it mot doing - like last week.....good job children like plain pasta.
Ted - fab sig again!Just finished slummy mummy - fab - though disappointed at the derth of SDDs at our school! All seemed very reasonable way to behave apart from SDD bit!? I was just thinking about food budget and True today - need to slash ours and I'm sure i remember True's number was amazing!
VIc -:T:T:TA running star - When we walk home from school we run a lamp post and then walk one does that count....bear in mind the two year old is the best runner of the 4 of us, the 7 yr old seems destined to allow others their moments of glory in that dept (thanks Ted!) and the 4 yr old might as well be running with a bin bag over his head as he looks sideways when running!
PDD -save us all from excel - advanced excel made me:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:never made friends with it and hated teaching it to 9&10 year olds though they loved it as they saw it as cheating!
Aliebabesyou too with the car - what is it with these dmp gremlins
Best go and be Mummy, just and a cup of tea with you - it was hot too!

good to hear from you Mama, neer mind the car door, wait until it falls off, I'm fed up with having to payout for inaminate objects that cost money................
Share a laugh with you all. Went to course yesterday, guy asks the 5 of us to stand up and do stretches before we start. Bear in mind 5 complete strangers!!! I just sat there, he looks at me and says why are you not stretching? I said that I was there for IT not PE.
another lady sits down and says she agrees with me, then the rest sit down and we do boring IT. At lunchtime the tutor nutter says he was doing stretches to help us bond!!! I said, nice people, don't know them, will never see them again, don't want to bond with sweat and I don't like PE. He sidles off and never looked at me again, just bored us to death with advanced excel..... Am I turning into a grumpy old dopey????More than Two Years in

Hi everyone
Not been on for a couple of days. Just been getting over the wobbles.
Tedsd Thanks for the info on the childrens account I went to Northern Rock and cleared the kids accounts out.
Over the past couple of days I have done the following:
I rang Barclays to discuss my overdraft and loan I had previously sent a token payment but wanted to speak with them. I phoned and I was glad I did they agreed over the phone to freeze the charges and interest for 14 days until I supplied my CCCS ref number. The guy I spoke to was so understanding and said that they recommend CCCS so once they had the ref number they would look at my offer and in the majority of cases they accept.
NEXT have cashed the £1 token I sent them because I got an email today thanking me for the payment and it would be shown on my next statement.
Changed my TV/Internet & Phone package making a saving of £13.00 per month and I get free HD TV into the bargain not bad.
Arrived home today and CCCS have written and I just need to send them payslips etc and hopefully first payment will be made to CCCS on 1st June and tpo creditors on 25th June.
Feeling alot better today than I have over the past few days in particular Tuesday very very bad day. But today is good and no phone calls requested all creditors not to contact me by phone. Barclays have agreed so taking each day as it comes.Mikon Riding the DMP Rollercoaster full of ups and downs but i will get to the end. :T:j
