    Cheers

Turned down for HSBC (My bank) and Barclaycard this year so glad to get these 2. Means I can get rid of my 2 prime cards (Vanquis gold & Capital One Classic) at 50%+ and 40% APR's

Thought 2 applications with Sygma in such a short space of time may have been pushing my luck.

Yeah same here thought i was pushing my luck to,especially when the days credit card got referred.
  • Makes you think they are trying to fill a quota of applications and once done they may tighten up their criteria.

I recall Citi bank doing something like this a while back with their current accounts.

2 applications within a week or so and both opened :D

    Well done :money:

LOL. Before I sorted out my finances I was offered a Capital Card with a 100 pounds limit at 34%. It was hardly worth the cost of the phone call.

I have no intention of ever applying for a credit card again, but if I did it wouldn't be with them :rotfl:

well i got the silver card a few months ago with 2k limit!!!

i was v shocked!!! not that i have any ccjs or defaults or missed payments yet...

however i never used it and cancled it a few weeks ago... because they had no balance transfer offers..

anyway applied for flybe that turned up this week. 1.5k limit and 0% for 6months and 19.9% and 22.9% for cash.....

so it seems they give less with flybe :( but i asked for a credit limit increase and was told in 3 months they would let me know :):A
