    thanks ASC :)

it says this about it on the asda site:

    Thiamin 0.4mg, 29%RDA
    Niacin 24.1mg, 134%RDA
    Vitamin B6 0.3mg, 15%RDA
    Folic Acid 130ug, 65%RDA
    Phosphourus 1600mg, 200%RDA
    Iron 11.7mg, 84% RDA
    Magnesium 442mg, 147%RDA
    Zinc 7.4mg, 49%RDA

but it isn't clear whether that's per 100g or per 7g?

    Per 100g I'm afraid...

anyone interested in trying to find out the cheapest way to deliver 365 mg of zinc?

Ooh, my Dad is obsessed with Zinc, he thinks it cures the world and studied it for his PhD.
And a friend of mine studied the effects of zinc on methylation of cells for her PhD. let me see if I can get either of them on board

No, I just noticed that a few of us had a problem with getting it to work and understanding the desired texture and I know that a while ago someone suggested it would be good to see a video of it. I think for a Shirley who is new to cooking, or one who, like me, has never really been able to master pastry, a video would help to feel like our hands were being held along the way :D

  • Just wanted to say huge sorry for volunteering to help and that not delivering so far. Managed to do some of the folate list at work then got home to a very sick OH who wanted me to sit and watch films with him. Then went to conference yesterday (dull dull dull) so no chances to do anything. :(

    So, big giant sorry!:o

Anyway, do you still want folate amounts raw and cooked? I've been reading back but my brain is on go slow today.
