    I realised shortly after posting that my bran was in stick form, which I realised isn't the same stuff after looking more closely at the Jordans :o

    Yes we usually microwave to reheat. I don't have a food probe to check the temperature though so will probably just have to make sure it is piping all the way through.

    Just checking it doesn't freeze? (Apologies about all the dumb questions, never made a risotto before :o).
    I think it freezes well hayley, the squash would be softer after freezing, but that's no bad thing in my book!

    ok I have now analysed the hardcore planner(revised thanks to avocet :)) for all the vits and all of the minerals apart from:

    Zinc
    Copper
    Manganese
    Fluoride
    Selenium
    Chromium
    Molybdenum
    Iodine

    and the hardcore planner is meeting the RDA for all of them so far :D

    Well i am not going to bed this early but will be heading soon as i have been up for about 30hrs and have to work tomorrow. Had pizza for tea tonight and as usual it is delicious. Dont think i could go back to shop bought now.

    But the usda has no data on any of the others except zinc :(
