Yes we usually microwave to reheat. I don't have a food probe to check the temperature though so will probably just have to make sure it is piping all the way through.

I think it freezes well hayley, the squash would be softer after freezing, but that's no bad thing in my book!

ok I have now analysed the hardcore planner(revised thanks to avocet ) for all the vits and all of the minerals apart from:

Zinc
Copper
Manganese
Fluoride
Selenium
Chromium
Molybdenum
Iodine

and the hardcore planner is meeting the RDA for all of them so far

Well i am not going to bed this early but will be heading soon as i have been up for about 30hrs and have to work tomorrow. Had pizza for tea tonight and as usual it is delicious. Dont think i could go back to shop bought now.
