    and avocet, I think my best resolution to B12 if we do think the b12 is a mistake in the peanuts, is re introducing a liver pate. Ox liver, 550g seems to give the full month's supply, assuming british RDA given by morag's linkie.

    Calcium-wise I have revised the shopping list now :) and I think if we include 8 glasses of uk tap water a day, then we're ok. I make it 53p a day now.

    Weezl I have just acquired a copy of photoshop-once i have figured out how to use it i could help you if you needed anything like that (although I am very aware i havent done my other two tasks yet but the are on my To Do list)

    ( am on my task as soon as I get showered, cant be doing tasks all stinky now can I? ;-))
