    and avocet, I think my best resolution to B12 if we do think the b12 is a mistake in the peanuts, is re introducing a liver pate. Ox liver, 550g seems to give the full month's supply, assuming british RDA given by morag's linkie.

    Calcium-wise I have revised the shopping list now :) and I think if we include 8 glasses of uk tap water a day, then we're ok. I make it 53p a day now.

    Woo hoo, lots of congrats to Mr Arty for being very super clever and working very hard and huge congrats and enviousness to Hornet Girl, that must feel soooooo good. Have you grown an inch as the weight lifted from your shoulders?

    ( am on my task as soon as I get showered, cant be doing tasks all stinky now can I? ;-))
