  • I just had a quick look at the USDA database for Zinc and some of the ingredients high in it are: baked beans, turkey (neck meat especially), cornflakes, beef, lamb and pearled barley. Not sure about prices though.

    Will have another go at folate for a bit. If my brain collapses I may send it over!

    twinkle there's no time pressure on the folate inf for the whole of shirl's list cos I'm pretty sure she's ok.

    As I'm using the data for hardcore lady too (what shall we call her?)

    if you have a folate value per 100g (raw) for any of these in the meantime from what you've already done, that'd be immense :D
