weezl, I haven't used it in bread but we do use it in pancakes as it makes them rise more and very light & fluffy. It's been my dad's secret ingredient since childhood.
and lastly, very important: When are people available for coming to London? Weezl has mentioned the weekend of August 21/22 as being good for her - how do others feel? Weezl, is there another option open for people?
