I just had a quick look at the USDA database for Zinc and some of the ingredients high in it are: baked beans, turkey (neck meat especially), cornflakes, beef, lamb and pearled barley. Not sure about prices though.

Will have another go at folate for a bit. If my brain collapses I may send it over!
sadly uk baked beans have only 0.6 mg/100g as US baked beans are quite different from ours :(

Not sure if Joel can afford those other things in sufficient quantity...

I like the name Joel :)
It suggests to me strong and fairly young and up for trying random food combinations in the interests of saving money. He he

Owwww Joel-I think he is very good looking too....will the hardcore planner still be for a family or is Joel young, free and single???

    Oh yes:D

Fergus seems to be a very popular name now, I have a heard a few people naming their babies it. Kester is very unusual though-I like it

arty, will add you as an admin on FB. I think it's fairly straightforward.

weezl, I haven't used it in bread but we do use it in pancakes as it makes them rise more and very light & fluffy. It's been my dad's secret ingredient since childhood :D.

and lastly, very important: When are people available for coming to London? Weezl has mentioned the weekend of August 21/22 as being good for her - how do others feel? Weezl, is there another option open for people?

We really need to get a date set ASAP so people can buy cheap train tickets, etc.
