Finished a bottle of Elemis Pro-Radiance Cleanser yesterday (well my daughter did). In the stock pile now I have half a bottle of Elemis Lime Blossom Cleanser (using at the mo) and a tube of Biore cleanser (the one that heats up on your skin) which I'm also using. I had a problem earlier in the year when my skin broke out and I was trying this as a treatment cleanser. Seems to have worked but leaves my skin dry so not HG.

Also have a 100ml bottle of LE C&P opened as we took this away with us as I didn't know how much product was left in the Elemis one.

Unopened in my stockpile I have a 150ml bottle each of LE C&P and the Elemis Pro Radiance together with a 200ml bottle of Decleor foaming face wash.

Therefore won't be buying a cleanser for a while however think I will try the Decleor one next to see how it performs as I have a boots voucher for money off S&G and was going to try this one. If the Decleor one isn't brilliant will go and get an S&G one to try. x
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Hello ladies, hope you all had a fab weekend!! The weather was so lovely, and still is. Boo to working!!! I'm offski at 4pm on the dot, CBA being in here!
I tried the most amazing hand cream today, I will own some in the very near future, its the best I have ever used. My Nuxe one in my handbang doesn't compare, nor does the Hamp Body shop nor crabtree & evelyn....or anything really...my hands are still soft from trying this (at lunch time, I've fed animals and walked dogs since). Its made by a herbalist though, and won't be going back near there for a month......I wonder how much of my stash I can finish in a month?

Sounds gorgeous LIR, what are the main ingredients?
    Hi everyone,

Not sure if this is the right place to ask but anyway! I wonder if it would be possible to get my naturally dark brown to go this sort of colour - http://www.superdrug.com/content/ebiz/superdrug/invt/535257/535257_l.jpg

I've always gone for darker hair... but I saw Fearne Cotton's hair colour the other day on 'Celebrity Juice' and thought it was gorgeous. Plus greys wouldn't be so much of an issue if my hair was lighter :o

Anyway! Spends... nothing to declare. I bought some Feria black hair dye but took it back. So my spends on toiletries this month are still just 60p :D

I'm not sure if your hair would lighten that much. It will say on the box what shades of hair it's suitable for, HTH and good luck.

Hi ladies - hope you all had a fab weekend. I had a lovely time at the ball - felt very glam after my benefits make up thing, and I only bought the lippy that the girl used (which I DEFINATELY dont have!!) so I was quite proud of myself !!

Just off for a bath now - need to clean my hair really thoroughly, I had so much product on it to hold the curls in place, and I couldnt face taking them all out at 2am Saturday(!),so left them in to go to the point to point yesterday - so the clips and pins only came out last night... was stiff as anything when I brushed it through this morning - Ive spent the day looking like Lawrence Llewellyn Bowen.... !!!!

Any more dates to report trudi?

    rosemary54, boo to lastminute.com!!!!

I am so jealous of some of your products, I hardly ever buy Elemis, Decleor etc but am always so tempted (but too sting to pay the prices lol).

I've used nothing up over the weekend, but had a lovely pampering session last night. I am now using the Body Shop hemp butter - I like it, but it is sooo thick. Do you think they would exchange my two unopened ones for different body butters? I used The Daily Smooth last night as my Sunday evening treat, love it. :)

Marigold and chamomile. Its quite ''hippy'' smelling, so I wouldn't personally use it before a big night out or anything, but it was SO effective that I'd use it as a once a day really effective hand cream. :)

Love the sound of the hand cream, I like hippy smelling things! What brand is it?

Bought some deodrant and nail varnish remover today, getting a manicure tomorrow (OH's Easter present to me bless him) and am having real trouble getting my nail varnish off!

Its a brand called Anousta. Its an independant shop in Dorset or there is a website ([the brand name] .co.uk). The shop owner was really, really nice.

Completely lost, I remember you saying that you had quite a yellow skin tone, I think you would need to check out a colour wheel to see if your skin tone would work with this new hair colour as it would be awful for you to go to the bother of dying it and then hate it. Don't forget that you may need to change your make up too if you change your hair colour (not sure if that would be a good or a bad thing though ;) ).
Am using a vera wang body lotion for my hands as it's in a handy size tube. DH said last night that I smelt like a duty free shop. All he could smell was the perfume. A little goes a long way. I love this frangrance and am going to use this lotion only on my hands, decollette and elbows. I want this one to last well and don't want to waste it on my legs as nobody'll be sniffing them!
Off to the tip now with loads of gubbins! Catch you later.....

Hello all, I hope everyone is well. I finally managed to get my Mum to help me dye my hair at the weekend so I am now sporting a 'thrilling red violet' mane! :rotfl:It's only a toner though, so I can't imagine it's going to last very long.

So that's one less item in the stash, but I ended up bringing toiletry bits back from my Mums which I had left there when I moved out. No other use ups to report though and I can confess that I am starting to sort through everything. It is something which I have been absolutely dreading so I'm hoping that it won't be as bad as expected........ :silenced:
Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician.... :/

Have managed to finish off a deodorant and a conditioner so now I have left 2 and 12 respectively.

Moisturiser is still going but it did splutter the other morning as I was squeezing the tube so hopefully that will be finished really soon.

Had to go to Marks yesterday and went with my mum. After we'd finish what I needed to do we tried getting back out and I "inadvertently" walked past the toiletries. Mum and I did the obligatory spraying of perfume and now I have found one that is really nice. Could still smell it as I was driving home last night. Let's hope it's still around when I need to replace my perfume.

    Evening all,

Not looked at this thread for a few days and I'm way out of date! Lots of reviews of used up stuff.

    Used up:
Champneys shower gel (orange one, citrus glow) - WIBA yes. Alternate with the water mint one. Lovely lingering smell.
Soap & Glory clean on me (think its called that, the clarifying shower gel) - WIBA no. It was ok, nice smell but weird body lotion texture which I found weird! Sorry if I'm in the minority!
Liz Earle perfume (new one) - WIBA no. Lovely refreshing smell but just didnt last (wish I'd read the mixed reviews on QVC before buying it), which was a shame for forty odd quid. Embarrased to admit that celebrity perfumes from Superdrug (eg Katie Price's stunning, lasts much longer and is about half the price).

That's all for now, off to catch up on the thread. :D
