Poor old DD had to have her tooth pulled . She bled loads and because she was so numb and not able to eat until about 2pm, I had to keep her off school this afternoon. She's feeling sore now so an early bath and an early night for her :(. Hope she feels better in the morning.

Kaz, i hope they didn't do this intentionally, just makes the saying "You can choose your friends, but you can't choose your family" seem so true :(

But think of this one instead "Good friends are the sisters God forgot to give us", and try not to let them get you down :)

    (((HUG))) for Kaz xx

A surprise use up tonight. Johnsons baby lotion in the green bottle. Thought there was lots left but it turns out that it just had a heavy cap. WIBA?: liked the lotion but can't remember the cost. Will review when I actually NEED to buy a body lotion :D
I have opened up an S&G righteous butter. Only done one arm so I can't judge yet.

Copies from fashionista thread...although I think think this thread and the regular skincare should take the blame....

I have just had a great experience. Was sitting chatting to people when one woman said, jokily..''.what do you know.....when you get as old as me.....''....and I gaped at her and asked how old she was and she said 33...and I started to laugh.

    I am reliably informed I look 26 years old:beer::beer::j:j:j:T:T:T

    edit(the youngest guess was 24...)

    DEFINITELY
reinvest in the EL eye cream WITHOUT DELAY!!!!!!!!

    .............because you're worth it!

Hahahah, in the same vein, my hair has finally grown long enough to tie back for work and tonight I had it scraped back off my face "Scouse-facelift" style ( We have a food business, so it's very practical!!) A customer came in and said how different I looked, "like a teenager". The fact that he was about 75, tempered my pleasure at this comment. He really should wear his glasses!

Thanks Bronnie, I'm from a shattered family. It's a bit too far to call it broken :o. Funnily enough, as us children have grown up and are able to meet with out the older generation around, we have all decided how we want OUR children to be treated and how they need to all know about each other.

Poor DD has had very little for tea. She left it to go almost cold before she could eat it and then only ate some. This is very unlike her. When I went to get DS from school I waited outside her class room (she finishes 5 minutes after) and was chatting. Her teacher finally clicked and looked horrified that I was there "Chloe didn't come back!" until I reassured her that I was just there to collect her book bag and her lunch box as they were still there.
We sent her in with everything because she was only supposed to be having a filling. I also wanted to check what she had missed out on during the school day. Apparently not too much that we don't do at home. I said to her teacher that she would be OK, she'd spent the entire day watching icarly and dribbling!

My wrinkles are getting worse. I'm definatel seeing more very fine lines around my face than usual in the last week. This proves to me that it is nights that age you. I think that as it has just been 3 nights and 2 long days so a week of interrrupted sleep, it can pretty fairly be put down to sleep deprivation and dehydration.
The wrinkles look dehydrated type to me so will have to concentrate on getting adequate water during my shift. I know we were so busy that we didn't drink enough!

I think the water makes a massive difference to your skin you know.......but it's got to be consistent over a number of days.

I know what you mean because when I'm busy at work, I used to go 7 hours and no drink. I try to use a bottle or large cup to measure the water intake. I try to take a 2litre bottle and glug as much as I can in the car or at home,.......... just incidental intake........... to ensure I'm hydrated through the times when I can't stop for a drink. If \i fill the kettle I drink a full glass of water. If I go out for a coffee, I order a glass of tap water too.
Any chance of a holiday, that helps too!!!!
