I got the delivery charge refunded from both the 2 I did. But I know of people who didn't, and ABA-i refunded it for them.

I got the delivery refunded from the 2 that I did as well, but with both of them I had to insist that they checked, as they both said no to begin with. If they refund at the CS desk, which is where they should refund, then they even have a sheet with a barcode on to refund the delivery charge easily!! But it seems that most of the staff are completely unaware of the process so are guessing :eek:.

No wonder we're MSing them!

With Gap, when you get things wrong with their quizes to get their certificate for one of the client, do you get another chance in so many months or are you just ban from that client forever?

Yep unfortunately you normally cannot do them again , however there has been the very rare occassion when someone has had them reset

Anyone been paid by Helion? I got an email from them saying that they couldn't pay me because I had to enter my IBAN number, however I had selected payment by paypal so I don't need to add my IBAN. Infact, it doesn't even ask for it on the "Payment by Paypal option" :mad:

I didn't get any paperwork from the gold either! I asked for a quote and she gave me half a post it with the total amount handwritten on! Let me know what they say when they ring back.

Has anyone been paid by Helion yet?? Im sure Max told me that we would get it by the 20th for work done in March (I did 5 on the last day of march and 7 in April)

My pay pref was into my bank and I put the IBAN in!!
