    Oh dear. we all have days like that.
    I'm doing one of those jewellry stores tomorrow. Did you show them the letter when they wouldn't give you any paperwork. Or is that just for if they refuse to give us the gold back. :cool:

    I couldn't work out the store number either so I just put all the numbers in. I wouldn't worry about it because you have to scan and send the receipt anyway. Seems a pointless question to me.

    I think the store number is the first 4 digits after the date. Thats what I think I wrote in, then the all the numbers after the date in the next box down.

    I'm having a bad day! I've had a query back on one of my catalogue stores from last week and the pawnbroker assignment I've done today was a nightmare! :eek: The sales assistant refused to give me any paperwork relating to the gold I was selling to them so I've had to ring the MS company and I'm now awaiting a call back on a mobile phone which isn't working after a visit to the phone store today for them to "fix" it!
    On top of that I'm trying to submit a questionnaire for a freezer shop and cannot work out which is the store number and the receipt number (which is probably right in front of my eyes:o).
    I give up!!!
    I'm going to go and do another freezer shop before I go to teach 2 fitness classes tonight and I'll try to submit them again later.
    Deep breaths...:mad::mad:
    At least I've got a roadtrip to Manchester tomorrow to see Peter Kay to look forward to. :j

    i hope your day gets better! Just focus on Peter Kay :T
    I had a bad day of visits yesterday too. I thought pet visit had gone OK but then realised I was overcharged :mad: Then I went to supermarket (ABAi) to pick up a delivery and it was not in, they asked me to come back after half an hr so I could have item off shop floor, then I came back and item had "arrived" as if by magic - by then and the time it took them this was over an hour of my time, then when i went to get refund didnt get delivery reimbursed :( so i am not planning on doing that sort of supermarket visit again :(. (the one the day before was better as did not take long and I got delivery refund as well - has everyone else had delivery refunded?)

    then on way home (it was 30 mile round trip) i stopped at motorway services for burger visit and they are no longer there so complete waste of time. then when i got home I went to the local truck stop for RE and I was not allowed past the gates without a truck! lmao :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:even if i had have had a truck the parking is 2 and a half times the fee they pay (which is supposed to cover your parking). RE have not yet confirmed if they will pay me for either....so not a good day for work - I should have stayed at home :o The only job that was ok was coffee one and I am sick of them after this month - just one more to try and drink and eat this week :o

    The store and staff were actually great but I just couldn't persuade them to give me a receipt or quote (despite me sigining a copy). I didn't hand over the letter as they returned the gold to me without any issue. I'll let you know what the MS company say if they manage to get through to my phone!
    Good luck :D

    Well, RE seem to have all their proofreaders on duty today - did 2 bookies at the weekend (picked one winner at 20/1 - so very happy with that! :j), and both reports have been read and the payments are pending already... :T

    they are definitely not worth doing if the store policy is to not refund the delivery charge so I will not be bothering in the future then :mad:
