Just applied for GAP and they're not looking for people that fit my profile - humph
!!!
Just printed off 2 lots of notes for 2 jobs tomorrow; unlike Friday they are 2 completely different companies so the risk of me muddling them up is zero (thankfully!)Flymarkeeteer: £168 and counting0 -

Wouldnt worry, you aren't missing much.
If you like being treated like an idiot, paid the worst fees ever and given ridiculous queries every time you do a job, fake your profile. I had to do this for GFK, had to fake my postcode, because my home postcode wasnt in the recruitment area at that time.
But seriously, I wouldn't worry about Gap.0 -
Quiet week again for me - got a car wash to do tomorrow & nice bank one on Thursday. Pizza Wed & Sun... and I think that's about it. Then it'll be crisp job time again!!
I got a couple more grades back from REACT over the weekend - much better than last time! Still not perfect, but I'm not losing sleep over it
Going to IKEA after work to grab some bits for home - got lots of painting done over the weekend, so all good! Does anyone shop IKEA? I think I've seen them mentioned on here before, but no idea which company does them (feel free to PM me if anyone knows!)
Am at work anyway so I suppose I should actually DO some :rotfl:
Hope everyone has a nice productive day!!0 -

Hope everyone has a nice productive day!!
I have only got the Tern optician (contact lens) assessments this week and 5 stamp jobs for Gap. Very quiet this week.
Did manage to pick up a nice casino visit from JKS for next weekend, they give a fairly generous allowance! Obviously no fee, but if you take their gaming allowance there is no reason why you cant make a nice bundle on the blackjack! And besides, I haven't ever been known to say no to a free meal!
Just had this email from Gap:
Our records indicate that you have been blocked from seeing one or more of our clients, because of an answer you have provided on the eligibility questionnaire.
Please be careful in your response selection as a response not allowed by our client will result in a block and we will not be able to offer you assignments for this client.
Idiots. The lot of 'em! I explained that it was something wrong with the site saying that I was already certified, when I had been asked to re-do the certification this month. I re-done it and then it kicked me out!

OK, thanks for that - I won't lose any sleep about not fitting their profile then!Flymarkeeteer: £168 and counting0 -
So am I right in thinking, from what other people have posted here, the Gap stamp jobs you can get away without spending the £5 limit?
Obviously, the cheapest way to do this job is just send a letter, which I will do, but I fancy a book of stamps which I will purchase on one of the jobs I have (I have 5 to do). The brief clearly states its a £5 spending requirement.
Whats everyones take on this? Not sure myself as I have always just done the POP option before and been reimbersed the full spend limit.0 -
Aaaargggghhhh
I'm having a bad day! I've had a query back on one of my catalogue stores from last week and the pawnbroker assignment I've done today was a nightmare! The sales assistant refused to give me any paperwork relating to the gold I was selling to them so I've had to ring the MS company and I'm now awaiting a call back on a mobile phone which isn't working after a visit to the phone store today for them to "fix" it!
On top of that I'm trying to submit a questionnaire for a freezer shop and cannot work out which is the store number and the receipt number (which is probably right in front of my eyes:o).
I give up!!!
I'm going to go and do another freezer shop before I go to teach 2 fitness classes tonight and I'll try to submit them again later.
Deep breaths...:mad::mad:
At least I've got a roadtrip to Manchester tomorrow to see Peter Kay to look forward to. :j0 -

I couldn't work out the store number either so I just put all the numbers in. I wouldn't worry about it because you have to scan and send the receipt anyway. Seems a pointless question to me.Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.0
