Anyone been paid by Helion? I got an email from them saying that they couldn't pay me because I had to enter my IBAN number, however I had selected payment by paypal so I don't need to add my IBAN. Infact, it doesn't even ask for it on the "Payment by Paypal option"
Same here Miss Q, I'd already selected Paypal as well, but they are obviously ignoring it. :( Not good for the 1st payment is it?

I emailed Max but got a reply from somebody else, so it's a bit of a worry really.

Hi the only payments I have had so far are GFK, EDigi cheque, just one from ABAi and part payment from GR.

The outstanding amount with GR is for a mobile visit (one with a call). This was completed on the same dates as the others and I have not had to provide extra information so can anyone tell me if GR normally take longer to pay work for this client? I have never noticed this myself prior to this month.

Also I have had one payment from ABAi and have 3 store cards due next for the beginning of the month. Do these normally also take longer to arrive? I have not done this sort of visit before.

    Thanks in advance.

PS As for the supermarket delivery charges I have emailed ABAi to see if they will reimburse if not I will then be calling the stores customer services as I know I am entitled to a refund for this charge. Make sure everyone (sorry cannot remember all the names) who is in the same boat does the same as we should not have to miss out on any money as we all work really hard.

I tried joining Helion but never found out a reply.

I contacted Max when he came on the forum as i sent a pm, did not get a reply

Tried joining again and say email registered, so pressed the forgot password. no email

emailed the to ask what was going on, no reply

You all seem to know Max but from my experience so far i'm not suprised people are asking where their money is and not getting an answer
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!

This is what I received in reply to my email asking when I would be paid. Bearing in mind I'd requested to be paid by Paypal!!

    Dear shopper,

We would like to pay you for your mystery shop you have done for us.
But your banking information in your profilee has errors.

Please login to your account at www.helionresearch.com and update you banking information.
Make sure you put in your information correct.

Your correct IBAN code is essential to have this right. (no spaces dots or dashes.)

Only once this is updated and correct we can pay you.

Thank you for your work for Helion research

    Kind regards,
    Ernst Aben Managing Partner

Thats exactly the same email I got, from the same person, complete with the same spelling and grammer mistakes. And I hadn't contacted them.

When the returned the item, the staff member said they could only refund the cost of the item and I had to call the customer service phone number to get a refund of the delivery charges. I called them straightaway and was told that the delivery charges would be refunded into my credit card in a few days. Will update when I receive the money back.

Bit worried I've had no email from Max!

I read that we would be paid on the 20th of the month AFTER the work had been done so I wasn't expecting it til 20th May as work carried out in April.

Pawnbrokers - I didn't get any paperwork from my first one despite asking for it! I asked for the original receipt so she ripped all the info off it and just left the value of the items
I rang ESA and they said to just upload that - as long as I have photo its OK. There is CCTV in them anyway so they can check you visited.

In my 2nd one it was heaving! Could feel daggers when I had to cancel it! :o

Didn't get chance to do all my freezer jobs so one left to do tomorrow (baby wouldn't get his butt out of bed this morning!).
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Where does the time go?
