Bit worried I've had no email from Max!

I read that we would be paid on the 20th of the month AFTER the work had been done so I wasn't expecting it til 20th May as work carried out in April.

Thats right, I did my jobs in March when they first launched. As did squidge I think.

To be honest, I am not suprised with Helion.

I may be jumping to the wrong conclusions, but I chose not to work with them due to the poor layout of their website and other various bits and pieces.

Max may be along to answer the queries, but personally I would not hold my breath.

With jobs done at the end of March for Helion - were they finalised before the end of the month? If they went into April I personally wouldn't expect to get paid until the May payrun.

I'm only guessing though as I didn't start working until April.

I've been working under this assumption. I did work in the last few days of March for Helion but they weren't finalised until after the Easter weekend. I assume that an assignment is actually payable on the 20th of the month after it was accepted/finalised.

Still, would be interesting to hear what the Helion response is.
Tried joining again and say email registered, so pressed the forgot password. no email

Duff email address? Apart from the endless profiles questions, I found registration to be fairly painless.

A bit unfair: if we based our decisions on who we worked for in mystery shopping terms there would be an awful lot of companies out of business - I've done work for companies who have a much poorer web presence and look much more questionable (as I'm sure have you). From a practical point of view, it seems unlikely that Helion could have set up the number of jobs they have with the types of client they have without proving they were the real deal. But I guess we won't know 100% until the money is sitting in a bank account :)

I ordered mine on 20th April, its still not available to be collected. I'd planned on going today but managed to change all my other jobs to tomorrow.

The store I'm collecting from is 30 miles away so I dont want to have to go special. With Mr. T its free to pick up in store and usually ready the next day.

The outstanding amount with GR is for a mobile visit (one with a call). This was completed on the same dates as the others and I have not had to provide extra information so can anyone tell me if GR normally take longer to pay work for this client? I have never noticed this myself prior to this month.

If it's the same mobile visit like I've done, then yes. I have mystery shopped them a couple of times over the years (similar dates) and they seem to pay on the 1st of the following month or even 15th i think. They have never questioned me about my work so I just think they pay later.

In response to angel13's original query - I did the same job and one I did later has been paid but this one hasn't. I emailed and they just said it was down to the client taking longer to approve them than other clients

Can anybody just let me know what a "bad score" from React would be, I have just been graded for my first jobs and feel a bit bad because I thought I had done everything right but have been docked points. I am now worried that I won't get another chance:(

Thank you all for all the advice on this forum.

I also have a mixed bag for them and cannot work out why since I used spell checker each time, visited on the correct date and within correct time, I also used the correct terminology for the client concerned and still a 7

Perhaps thats just the way it is - if we all get similar gradings and no further feedback it is difficult to know what to do differently in the future..

Perhaps email and ask if you are worried?

    hth:)
