Same surname as Max, so presumably some relation...?0 -
I am now worrying about the Pawnbrokers shop, I am due to do one tomorrow and really worried that it is going to go wrong and I do not get paid for it. What do people tend to find the reaction is when they cancel the sale at such late notice?0

Reaction varies with each MS company - RE deduct 2 points (not major if you have a good score anyway!), others don't seem to register the fact at all - as long as you don't keep cancelling it should be ok... in my opinion..:)0 -

What are you worried about exactly? I didn't get any paperwork except a ripped up piece of paper - I rang ESA and they said fine just upload anyway and pop a note down.
I wouldn't worry at allA very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
Where does the time go? :think:0 -

I wouldn't worry ....The reactions I have had with these type of shops has been mixed. You just have to go with the flow as if you are a normal shopper. I suddenly get 'an attack of being unsure" and say I would like time to read the small print. Most of the sales assistants have been ok...either trying to reassure me or not bothered/disinterested. I haven't always had the documents as some have said I cannot have it. I just report exactly what happens and have always been paid.0 -
How easy are the red bookies reports compared to the blue one ?
Fantastic!
Not as easy as the reports for the freezer shops tho.

I recollect that the brief says to explain if you don't get refund for delivery.I have not received the delivery charge back for the two I have done. I am hoping that they will rectify this in the pay because it is just not worth it otherwise. Cost of Petrol wipes out any profit even 50p if you do not get the delivery back.
I didn't get refunds on mine...but feel we will. Sure Abai will sort and if not I have my refund receipts so will take the store to task...ring the customer services as another poster has said they were told to in store. If this is the assignment I think it is (order online and then collect in store)
Depends on whether you are willing to have an argument with them, as long as the item is returned within 7 days they HAVE to refund the delivery charges under the Distance Selling Regulations.
http://www.oft.gov.uk/advice_and_resources/resource_base/legal/distance-selling-regulations/
See Section 3.48 of the pdf attachment (note cancellation does not necessarily mean prior to delivery ie see Section 3.58)
Don't think it's necessary to argue in the store. As it's a Mystery Shop the staff should be aware of the policy and so I reckon not getting the delivery refunded is a glaring error of training....needs to highlighted in our feedback. No customer should have to argue about it. I reckon it's a good job we are doing these.:rotfl:0 -

Ernst is Max's father. A *VERY* high-profile figure (IMO) in the MS industry.0 -
