I think they may be for those visits however the pharmacy ones are really annoying - eg did you receive a smile, eye contact and a warm greeting - answer YES - explain answer.... I received a smile...etc etc ......:eek: lots of repeating of the question which takes time and adds nothing to the report.. shame really because there has been an improvement in lots of their reports lately..:)

I've just this minute finished completing a pharmacy one for RE - soooo long winded, duplicating yourself and adding comments just for the sake of it. I only did it because I was up in the town anyhow but not worth the effort at all.

Live and learn (seems to be my motto of late!)

Quick freezer shop question. On the receipt which number is the receipt number and which one is the store number. The brief seems to imply that both are the number next to the date and time??

I put in the first 4 numbers after the date/time, (removing leading 0's) as the store number, and all following numbers as the receipt number.

hi everyone just testing my new laptop that just arrived and trying this forum first! much more interesting that last years paperwork that I am scanning in today

ive had an email from helion and it seems payment is 20th of following month so monies are not due until 20th may and can take up to 5 days. i had hoped for the money sooner

also meant to say i have heard from ABAi about the supermarket delivery. I have to call customer services and ask for a refund.
