Other than the credit check and the video aspect. I'd be too scared of mucking it up and not getting paid. A hugh price to pay if that happens.0 -
i cant do them as i dont bank with the right company and secondly my credit rating is bad enough already0

also meant to say i have heard from ABAi about the supermarket delivery. I have to call customer services and ask for a refund.
I did our local one & at first was just given the item refund, but I just said "oh, don't I get the delivery charge refunded?" and said I thought it said something on the website that you did. The SA checked with another colleague & apologised, then gave the whole refund. This was the first one she'd done and obviously didn't know the procedure.
I also didn't get an email to say it was in the store, but a phone call, so just put a note at the end of the report.0 -

re the delivery charge i will be insisting on it lol as i know they have to. i will quote chapter and verse if necesary as i know it off by heart! lol!
i did not have the email or text for one of the stores (the one with the problems) but i called customer services and they told me it was there (the store are rubbish at home delivery so i expected as much). then when i got there they told me it wasnt there and i could have item from shop floor but would have to come back later for it then when i cam back my order had miraculously appeared . no way i will be using this service now i know how bad it is as far easier to use argos and the like plus you can reserve and not pay a delivery charge or pay in advance. so not ms perspective but a standard shopper i would never choose to use this option again for a present as id never know if it was really going to get here or not  talking of argos just remembered i need to reserve an item for partners birthday hes requested weights of all things:eek: and i had hoped to get him something nice but thats what he says he wantsi have got two days of ms both in nice little places nearby tomorrow and thursday. fees will just cover the fuel and parking so i get to pop out to the places so hopefully i can find something slightly more interesting in one of the little shops!

thanks my first visit was the same but the second the cs person was quite rude to me and refused to give me a refund and told me that a toy for 3years plus would be fine for a 2 year old blah blah blahits lucky i was ms-ing to be honest or i would have ended up getting annoyed and asking to see a manager
as for the emails and texts for this job they arrived 2 hours after i collected the item :rotfl:

As it's a Mystery Shop the staff should be aware of the policy and so I reckon not getting the delivery refunded is a glaring error of training....needs to highlighted in our feedback. No customer should have to argue about it. I reckon it's a good job we are doing these.:rotfl:
Sorry, wasn't quite what I meant, as I did this assignment first time round when it was being piloted in about 5/6 stores. The refund details received in store at that time didn't actually specify the detail of what was being refunded so I couldn't add that to the report, and had to 'have the argument' with customer services about a week later when the refund appeared back on my card.
Although found their customer services number completely shambolic!, from memory had to ring them twice as they only refunded 1 of 2 delivery charges first time round anyway!0 -

There's no credit check because it is an upgrade of your existing account, it's not a video job and there's no outlay, so I'm not sure what there is to lose. I'm doing one!Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.0 -
Bit cryptic but.... if you received the email this morning from Retail Active where you had to complete and application and return it (big outlay) - does anyone know where the visit is for?? I remember someone mentioning they have done a job of this nature before but I can't remember who (possibly Tractor Girl if you're about???) and if someone can decipher this AND knows the answer - could you pm me please?Climbing back on the OS wagon after a short vacation to Recklessness
