Money in purse: 75p & 20 euro cents
    Money in bank: £1.54
    Bills still to pay: £0
    Petrol still needed: £0
    Days til payday: 8

Wow it really is down to the wire! Am still waiting for paypal money to clear but don't really need it anyway. Got one more week to go until payday and I have nothing to buy or pay for so it's all OK.

Went into town today with friend and had a chocolate cake and a cup of tea, lovely! Just had a lovely tea off the meal plan of mince and potatoes, and I stretched it to feed 7 of us instead of the normal 5:p

Don't really have a lot to write tonight, have had a good DFW afternoon, just chilling out in the garden where it has been EXTREMELY hot! My lil bro came over on his bike for a cuppa and lunch, then left again. Fed all the troops lunch and dinner with a tin full of twinks diminishing to just 5 left!!! Was going to go to the park but that would have included driving, therefore petrol...plus I'd had a couple of glasses...!

Well yesterday started out as a lovely day. Was beautiful, sun was shining, kids were behaving themselves, was a really nice day indeed!
    Then the THING happened...
It's all so ridiuclous I hope everyone has a good laugh in reading it, I really do:

I suggested we took the children to the park in town as we needed to get DSD some school trousers and school shoes, and it was a lovely day. There is only one park in town that we have ever been to.

Sort of OH decides he want's to take the Porsche to go and put some fuel in it, so I take my estate car with all the children in and he takes the porsche with the roof down and just him. This annoyed me to start off with as it was more about poncing about town rather than wanting to put fuel in it.

We decide we will meet in car park next to park in town. So children and I drive to said car park and wait for ages, as I had no change for parking, he had it all. After waiting ages, we then drive to multi-story car park as then I could go to cash point and pay on exit. Important to know I do not have my mobile with me as I do not often carry it.

As we were walking to park from multi storey we saw OH pulling out of original car park. I flag him down and we discuss, he went to different car park near different park (that we often go to) outside of town. He gets stroppy and says he's used all his car park change. So I tell him to park in multi storey and come meet us in park. So he drives off in direction of multi storey.

After ages in park, having bought ice creams from van with very long queue he still doesn't arrive. Then a friend of mine arrives to say hello, I ask to borrow her mobile and ring him on it. The response I receive is that I did this all on purpose to ruin his sunday!!! He has gone home. I kinda laughed at this as I cannot see WHY I would want to ruin his sunday when in fact I have been left on my own with three children, DD is 2, DSS is 5 with a broken arm and DSD who is 11 and I still need to kit out with school gear!

So we carry on and do what we have to do, enjoy our day, the children behaved beautifully I must say, then go home when we are ready. He was sat in the front garden, it's then I realised he didn't have a key! So anyway, we make the children lunch and discuss. He still thinks I did this all "on purpose because that's the sort of person I am" I laugh again, we have a long argument as I could not see what I would possibly gain from doing this "on purpose!"

Anyway so I have decided I am sick of this, we certainly should not be together any more. But still he wants to drag this on??? Why when it is like flogging a dead horse??? I do not want to be with someone that uses comments like "that's what you're like". WWWWHHHHHHYYYYYYY????????

    :(:(:(:(

Big hugs Josie. Sounds like he was acting very childishly

How long until you are debt free? If you separated before could you both manage or do you need to wait until debts are paid?

    :(:(:(:(:(

Ah you know what, I don't even know if I care any more.

Don't know what my DFD is, never snowballed it. Too scary I think! I know I wrote in the intial introduction "too broke to break up" we're not really, I could certainly survive on my own, I would be entitled to £600 pcm in tax credits for DD's nursery fees! I don't know about him though, he's so guarded with all his out goings.

To be honest, and I am being painfully honest here, I don't think I love him any more. There, I've said it!

Awwwww big hugs for you Josie....sounds so similar to me and my ex (soon to be officially divorced, can't wait;))
We split up 3 years ago now and at the time it was horrendous, was so miserable....but, now I'm glad it happened. It's just me and my girls who are 12 and 10, and we are much happier.

We had lots of debt together, he did take a lot of it and ran up even more when we split up, impressing his new girlfriend, but I got sorted, I got on top of everything and am almost debt free...I am organised with money at long last!

I often used to think that we shouldn't be together, I knew it wasn't right but was convinced that I had no other option, I didn't earn enough on my own to support me and the girls. Turned out I'm better off - I work 4 days a week, am at Uni on the 5th day and get plenty of Tax Credits to live on.

Take care and keep strong - tis horrible I know:o
I really need to sort out a new signature!
