Might have to tweak the food budget a bit! I need to buy cocoa powder for a cake I am baking in the shape of the game "Pop up Pirate". Don't know whether to fabricate the pirate myself of hunt in the charity shops for a second hand game I can use bits from! I would really love to make him myself but am NOT very creative at fiddly things. Might also have to buy some fondant icing/marzipan to practice with tomorrow. Also need to buy some of those cocktail sword things to stick in the side!

The reason behind this whole thing is for my friend's birthday party on Saturday night. She has decided we're all to go out dressed as pop up pirate....her birthday I suppose! I have the outfit sorted and I budgeted for this night at the start of the month, plus have made myself an extra £10 on ebay selling some old CDs, I promised myself anything extra made would go towards my night out...

I also managed to buy myself an ASOS dress on ebay for £8.99 including postage. New but without tags. This is for ANOTHER night out on 3rd September. "That's not very debt busting" I hear you shout! But it's my birthday night out and haven't been out with the guys from work for aaaggeeesss and we always have such a laugh! :rotfl:

Will have to add that into my budget for Sept too as I have forgotten it up until now! :eek:
