Well done Lulu!
MrO - my OH hasn't ordered his yet, but he's keen on the darker jacket and striped trousers idea. Just try a couple of combinations on and see what you like. The longer jacket may make you look shorter, the shorter jacket might let your guests see the shape of your bum! See - this is how a girl thinks and why shopping takes us soooo long!! :rotfl:
Ordered my Vistaprint invites yesterday. Got 100 free (exc. postage) - but have only got 25 to give out!!! Hoping I can do something creative with the rest :undecided Will have to wait for another freebie to come up so that I can get the evening ones!Virtual Sealed Pot Challenge #148 - £59.93

Hey all, anyone have any more news? I've been poorly last week so haven't done anything but am getting on track now. Off to London today to meet my sister to look at shoes and lingerie and pretty things. Waiting for the Hilton to give us the discount code for the hotel rooms so we can print the insert for the invites. OH family keep asking when they can book the rooms......
Need a hoop to go under my dress but not sure if I need 1 hoop or 2. Looked on an auction site and there's a company there that say if you send them a photo they'll tell you what type you need. The woman at the shop said to borrow one from someone because the ones she sells are £60! The ones on the auction site are £15.
Mr O have you decided on the suit yet? Personally I like the sound of the dark colour, my OH is wearing a black suit with a white shirt and purple waistcoat and cravat from BHS. We're getting the bridesmaid dress from there too to match.0 -
Hey Lulu
Our invites arrived end of last week, and tomorrow the two Revs meet so we can finally arrange the service and put down a definite time and stuff. Then the invites can go out on Monday, hooray! Got to collect my ring today as well.:A :heartpuls June 2014 / £2014 in 2014 / £735.97 / 36.5%0 -

Wow, things are moving quickly! I need to think about table decorations but don't know what to have. The hotel provide a mirrored tile and some tea lights but that's it. I think I need to look at silk flowers but I'm not very artistic, will have to try out some ideas at home.
What is everyone doing for decorations? My family and the in laws have said they'll help but I'll have to come up with some ideas first!0 -
In terms of table decoration, we think we're have the martini glasses with very simple flower decoration. I fortunately work with someone who's wife is freelance florist and has offered us friends and family discount. She's even offered to help decorate the reciption room while she's there.
Well we had bit of a shock last night!! the W2B's water's broke!! so we're back to the hospital in early hours to most likely be induced as the contractions are not developing quickly enough..... 24hrs from now we're going to be responsible for a little baby (reality check! lol) i hope i make a good dad, one thing he wont be short of is love and affection.
Speak to you all soon xxWedding day is 26th Aug 2011 and counting!
