I have just booked the church and the venue for the reception for our wedding on 27 August 2011 and having looked it doesn't appear that there is a thread yet for August 2011 weddings and so just thought I would ask if anyone else is planning to wed in Aug next year?

Yes me! 25th Aug and then a second reception on 26th Aug for all the people who can't come to the wedding. Only having 8 to the wedding ceremony
