Oooh fingers crossed for you Tara, you deserve a loss after all the effort you've made!

You are soooooo good though not having a sneaky peek...I can never make it to weigh in day without peeping and often leave myself feeling unnecessarily fed up thinking I haven't lost anything! Wish I had a better resolve in that respect!

Erm, I do sometimes have a sneaky peek myself, my routine goes something like this: WI on Monday (disaster), second-opinion WI on Tuesday (better), sneaky peek on Friday (to keep me on the S&N for the weekend) etc :rotfl:

Thanks for your kind words btw. I have done a lot of exercise this week (including PowerPlate) and have eaten less chocolate, so you never know. :)

Thanks :) Nothing is going to cure this yucky hangover except a good night's sleep!!!! :o

p.s. Alexnikov, I went to M&S looking for the rolls earlier and they had none!!! What is the exact name on the pack, can you remember? TIA :) I did buy some other healthy goodies and have made up a fab lunch for tomorrow (smoked salmon and couscous with dried apricots & cranberries, roasted peppers, peas and mint, yum) so am sorted for now... but will be keeping an eye out for said rolls.

Haha oh ok...glad it's not just me then! I do my weigh in on Tuesdays (just cos that's the day I started) so hoping for a good result then. I have to say I've been slacking with the wii fit though-just not got back into it since I had my cold last week. I have been out on the trampoline with my little one quite a bit though-so hopefully that'll have helped a teeny bit maybe!

Yes, the cardboard wrapper thing is still in my bag :o

They're Fresh Salad Wraps - 3 ginger beef & 3 Asian salad wraps with a sweet soy dip. They were in the lunch type section near the sushi :)

Here's where I confess to having drunk an enormous amount on Saturday :o But I think I've thrown it all back up again so hopefully the calorie damage won't be too bad :rotfl: (note - I don't recommend this as a weight loss technique, yesterday was very unpleasant)

Well done Amanita! Full English brekkies needn't be too bad - last time I was B&B'ing I found that they filled me up so much that I wasn't hungry till about 8pm so it probably balances out in the end :)
