    Yes, the cardboard wrapper thing is still in my bag :o

    They're Fresh Salad Wraps - 3 ginger beef & 3 Asian salad wraps with a sweet soy dip. They were in the lunch type section near the sushi :)

    Here's where I confess to having drunk an enormous amount on Saturday :oBut I think I've thrown it all back up again so hopefully the calorie damage won't be too bad :rotfl: (note - I don't recommend this as a weight loss technique, yesterday was very unpleasant)

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Thanks for digging the wrapper out, will look out for them tomorrow xo

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Oh poor Alex. I was very retrained around stuff at the weekend, I did eat more than usual, but not half as much as everyone else. I had one glass of wine, but two glasses of pims.

    My dear dad did get me a wii, so we set it up yesterday. I had almost forgotten how competitive it was. I love that its going to make it so easy to do little bits of different activity, but I do not like re awakening the nasty competitive streak!

    Still only lost 1lb for April, doh! Am finding that when I come home from work tired (which has happened a lot lately), I eat loads.

    Looking to get back on the horse now as I have an op scheduled for the 19th May which I really want to have lost 2 stone by the time I see my consultant again, so he won't be able to moan at me too much!!!

    Take care everyone.

    Wow, that is incredible, well done!!! :T:T:T

    I haven't bothered to to WI the last 2 mornings, will do it tomorrow. I feel like I'm toning up... dunno whether it's the PowerPlate, cycling or eating less chocolate but I am happy about it anyway! My muscles seem to be firming up a bit, so I wonder if the scales will register a loss or not. :eek:

    Morning all,

    Well done to all the losers! :j Amanita and thevicster-that's amazing!! :D

    Boobylou, a loss is a loss and you've done really well over all-keep your chin up! :D

    Tara, that sounds really positive! Have you thought about measuring as well as weighing-if you're toning up, you might see a difference on the tape measure even if you don't see one on the scales. :D

    Good luck to all those who haven't weighed yet too!

    Well I've lost another 3lbs this week, which I'm pleased with. I've done much less exercise in terms of the wii, but have been trampolining and maybe that's helped. I've still got LOADS to go and can't afford to slip up at all between now and the hol in August or I'll be hiding indoors while hubby and the little fella strut their stuff in the pools! I'm glad I've managed to salvage a 6lbs loss for April though, despite my Easter choccie blip! :o

    Thanks all so much for the support on here-I honestly do feel it's helping me to keep going-God knows I've tried over the past few years and never stuck at it so I'm so chuffed I've found the motivation and encouragement on here to spur me on! :beer:
