This month has been SO weird - I put on over seven pounds in the first half of the month and have now lost it again. I feel as if I have had to work so hard over the last 2 weeks just to end up back where I bl:mad::mad:dy started!!
I will definitely try harder in May - surely Mayday bank hol can't do as much damage as Easter?? At least there won't be any eggs around this weekend :T

Tara - the weight doesn't always come off when you expect it, you will probably see the benefit next week. Also, you have been eating such healthy food - your body will be benefiting from that health-wise, regardless of weight xxx

Well done on losing it again buyitall :) , wish I could do that!

I know what you're saying, I'm sure I'm gaining as a result of overindulging in the last few weeks, and it'll take a week or so for this week's good behavious to filter through. I have been eating way less chocolate and haven't had toast for breakfast for a week!! I must be eating far fewer calories.

Although, having said, that, I bought and ate a Galaxy bar this evening, which I am not proud of. :( But I won't let that lead to another...

Oh Tara, I hope you aren't too upset, sometimes it can take a while for your body to update to the changes so give it a while. It sounds like you are really going for it with the choccy thread and the Powerplates so chin up xx.

I've lost 1/2 pound this week, I'm really feeling a lot happier but the tummy is still there but at least when it matters I can suck in in flat now!

Thanks girls, and well done vicki on your continued weight loss :A

You are all so lovely, thank you for your support and sorry for being a moan! I do try to be positive about losing weight but I sometimes feel a bit hopeless. Your support and anecdotes keep me going xoxo

Well done on the losses! You must be all so chuffed!

Tara, I hope you are feeling a bit better...what everyone else has said is so true and you should be chuffed with yourself for eating lovely healthy food! (I might try that!) and you've got yourself motivated to doing exercise whih is super hard really! Chin up luv and leave the galaxy alone!

Bad day for me really, cruel (yet lovely) customer bought me a big fat belgian bun (which I don't really like but ate anyway!) and the day spiralled downwards from there! Back on the wagon tomorrow!

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Go figure....another 3bs off overnight.

My body's big swings are nothing if not impressive.

sdoes four pounds off a 10 lb gain count as four lost this month? Or six up?

Hmmm, probably 6 up :( 3lbs off overnight is very impressive though!

Final weigh in of the month for me tomorrow, fingers crossed...

And the final weigh in revealed a 1 and a half pound loss :)

So overall total for April is 6 pounds lost. Admittedly it's a long month, but considering I had a week of holiday and my birthday during it, I'm very happy with how I've done.
